I LOVE these types of videos!!! I love your routine. I work outside of the home but I am trying to get myself into a daily routine including working out in the morning so this is very motivating and encouraging. Thank you so much for sharing! Have an amazing work week! ❤❤

Long time no see! I finally got to RUclips and jumped onto your channel 😊 I missed your videos, as I do my chores along. So much has happened and it’s great to be back 😌
I used to wake up at 5am, now even if I wake up at 6, I stay in bed for some 1.5 hrs not having the energy to get up… need to do something about it 😔
Btw, when do you go to sleep? My kids go to beds late (10 pm), so it affects my schedule too 😓

Thank you for posting your routine! I have a baby now who wakes me up very early as it is. I look forward to being able to add a little more self-care to my morning. This kind of routine looks like a realistic goal for me to work toward. I really appreciate your perspective as another working mom.

Thank you so much! Yes, I remember those times when my kids were babies. I started doing this routine when my daughter was probably 18 months - maybe closer to two years old (feels like so long ago! 😅). And you will love it once you are able to get some me-time first thing in the morning.

Hi Martha! You are always so diligent and hardworking. Your kids have grown a lot. It feels like just yesterday when they were tiny in your videos. I was wondering if you could possibly share some insights on Parkinson's Principle and how you manage your time effectively to ensure each activity doesn't drag on forever.

Thank you so much! Yes, they grow up so quickly! And yes, I am making a note to address that in one of the upcoming videos. In general, I found that I have to set time limits for my tasks. Especially those that I know I tend to procrastinate about or one that I know it's easy to get sidetracked with. I also try to batch similar tasks together. That helps me stay focused and efficient.

I love your videos like this. I typically get up around 5/5:30am. A little about me: I do work full time outside the home and have 2 school age kids about the same ages as yours. For the time being, I'm working out in the afternoon usually twice a week, I'd love to increase that in the future to more days each week. But for right now I just can't get the work out done in the am. I love to read historical fiction in the WW2 era. I also like to read parenting and mental health related books. Your commitment to this morning routine is inspiring. Side note - love the heating pad! I did injure my back about a year ago, I just twisted wrong, it wasn't major. But ever since then I put the heating pad on my back every night while my husband and I watch tv. I find it so soothing. I want to know what time you go to bed. Thanks for sharing!

Thank you so much for sharing a little about your self!!! I love meeting other working moms here 😊 I think having a workout routine that you do is amazing. I always believe that as long it it works for your schedule than keep at it! I don't think I have ever read historical fiction - sounds intriguing. Let me know if you have any recommendations so I can try one out 😊 and yes to the heating pad! Just got it a few months ago and love it - amazing for back pain and also for cold winter mornings haha! I am usually asleep by 9pm 😅

My top recommendation is any book by Kristin Hannah. The Nightingale was the first book I read of hers so that one is special to me. But they are all so good. The Great Alone and The Four Winds are also fantastic. They all are set in different time periods.

Hi, I do 8 laundries per week. 2 on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. I di not do it in the weekend and on Wednesday because my hubby works from home and can't stand repetitive noises. I do 2 darks, 2 light coloured, 1 white, 1 bedsheets (I alternate kids and ours), 1 for towels (every 4 weeks I add one extra for bathrobes) and 1 colored for my husband. Sometimes 1 have to add one extra for night incidents. So in a very unfortunate week I can get 10+... 😅 if I get even some delicates (which of course I try to avoid).

Love how organized you are with the laundry routine! Mine definitely could use some more structure - specifically with bed sheets!

Hello, which workout program do you use? What time do you go to bed? I LOVE to workout in the AM however I am super tired by 8:30pm where life is still happening for my boys with soccer practices.

I use Peloton - they have a lot of different workouts not just biking, which I really love. And I feel you about being tired by 8:30pm! I am in bed by 9pm, to get enough sleep!
