U need to allocate 70-80% of ur training routine into wrist and cup training. Backpressure and pronation won't help u much in the short term if u can't stop his pronation & backpressure. I started training arm wrestling a year back, focused mostly on rising & pronation. 3 months back, i started dedicating time to my multispinner and barbell wrist curls. I have surely improved a lot. Cup training for toprollers is so overlooked, but there lies the key, a good offence only starts with a good defence.

Hey thanks for your tips. He's a really really strong guy. But I do have dedicated days for wrist training. Nothing is left behind.
it looks like you attack better with the left ,even tho its your weaker arm

Left is a smooth but weaker operator
