Great review I just bought this Thanks for posting
Thank you for watching. Let me know how it works for you.
I have a question, I have the same power bank and I have used it only once.. The first time that I charge it was slow but I was wondering if/when you charge it does it blink and stops charging all the sudden ?
It is slow but I think that’s because of how much of a charge it holds. Are you sure it stops charging? Did you leave it plugged in or did you unplug it when you noticed blinking? Mine blinks as well and at first I thought the same but I continued to leave it plugged in and it continued to charge. In my experience, the blinking doesn’t indicate that it’s not charging or done charging?
I love these kinds of videos so relaxing and calming
I’m glad I could help you relax. We could all use a little decompressing and stress relief right now.
@1:52 There is nothing to be concerned about regarding rated capacity (10,000 mAh) versus the actual capacity (5,900 mAh). The numbers are so far apart because they are at different voltages. The first is at 3.7 volts, the second is at 5.0 volts.
Normalized to watt-hours:
Battery storage: 10,000 mAh * 3.7 V = 37 watt-hours
Actual output: 5,900 mAh * 5.0 V = 29.5 watt-hours
Efficiency:
29.5 / 37 = 80% efficiency, which is reasonable.
Thank you for commenting. This is good information to know.
i got the Juice Onn 20k mAh today, and it doesnt charge... well i think it does, but it doesnt show on the indicator.
i have to reset the device every time to get it to show the actual percentage of the charge, have you had this issue or know if anyone else has? it showed 63% out of the box, put it on the charger for an hour, and still said 63%, i held down the power button for 10 seconds, it reset, and said it was at 73, then i thought it was good, but it still didnt show any percent increase after another 30 minutes, reset again and it showed 76. i dont know whats going on and there is absolutely nothing online for a fix or explanation
I know mine takes a while to charge, but that doesn’t sound right. I’d recommend exchanging for another one. You shouldn’t have to constantly reset like that.
Thanks for the positive video. Just bought one today. How long does it hold a charge when not being used?
I can charge mine and not use it, and it will keep charge for a few months.
Same
Has the carrying case been discontinued? There is no link. I have the same device but wasn't sure how to operate it. My first power bank ever. Thanks for the video.
You’re welcome. Thank you for watching. I’ll include the link for the case I purchased from Amazon.

@@LauraGarza. Much appreciated!
You’re very welcome.
When charging the battery pack does the percentage of power continue to blink until it has reached 100%,
Or does the power pack blink briefly showing the current percentage of power currently in the power pack and then stop blinking but continues to charge until it reaches 100%?
I have the Dual-Port Portable Battery, 3x Charge, 10000 mAh
And I believe I may be having some trouble.
Thanks you for your time
Mine blinks until it has reached 100%.
Thank you @@LauraGarza. . Mine initially did as well. However last night it didn't. It blinked for a while showing the current percentage and then stopped showing it. I had just put a new (somewhat refurbished) charging cord on it, because the old charging cord had a shortage.
The good news is that I woke up this morning and it was on 100%. So idk, I just hope it isn't broken.
Thank you for your insight!
I hope it works itself out for you. I would be curious to see your results if you used a different cord.
@@LauraGarza. Well since I've had it for the past couple of months I've used my own cords since I got this portable charger from a friend and it's been holding up. So we'll just have to wait and see.
But thanks again for your assistance!
I can't figure out how to turn it off when it's fully charged.
I have the one without the digital display & when I push the button to turn it off the lights stay on.
It charged my phone fully the other day, but I have the one that's 9.99 from Walmart.
Looks the same & same brand.
Mine does have an On/Off button, but I found that it doesn’t work. Once mine is charged, I leave it alone and it seems to go into an off mode.
I saw this at Walmart last night. I loved 🥰 the color 💙 so I bought it. I read the instructions. I am going to have to charge it for 7 hours the first time to get a full charge. I’ll let you know how it goes 💙💙💙. Thanks for your review, it’s giving me confidence.
Thank you for watching. Please let me know how your experience and what you think of it.
@@LauraGarza. I just got back from my Disney trip. The charger 🔌 worked great! I was able to charge my phone at least 1.5 times before I needed to plug the blue charger into a socket. I am so grateful 😇 for your review. 😉
Gloria, I’m thankful I was able to help you. I actually have a Disney trip this Fall and of course this is on my packing list.
thanks i wacth thisssss
Thank you for watching.
I know that this review is some 9 months ago. But I did pick up one of these onn 10000 mAh portable power banks at my local Walmart store the other day.
And it did come with a somewhat short charging cable for it. You just have to either have a charging outlet or buy one that is compatible with this particular portable power bank.
The only other thing I wish it would have came with is. Some sort of carrying bag and or a soft case. That you can put it into in case you happen to drop it.
I also have a older 10000 mAh portable power bank. But it is like twice the size as this one.
Which this particular portable power bank looks more like a cell phone.
Amazon has multiple case options. You can check out the ones I tried in my “New Disney Bag” video.
Just bought one of these from Walmart and stumbled upon your channel. You’re very informative and very easy on the eyes. ❤️🙏🏻
I’m glad this video was useful for you.
Do you know how to charge the device ,itself ? I used it once and it charged my phone I used it again and it's not working.
It should have come with a cord that will connect the device to a charging block.
How do I turn it off? Because I don't want the battery to die before I get to use it
The battery pack will turn itself off. The battery lasts quite a while. It shouldn’t run out of charge before you’re able to use it.
Does it overheat when charging or charging a device?
I have not experienced any overheating with this device.
I just got one at 49% and it doesn’t charge my phone, will I need to first charge it to 100%?
I would charge it to 100% and then try to charge something.
Mine just stopped charging and the little dots on the side show one lighting
That definitely shouldn’t happen. I’d try a different cord and if not, it sounds like your charger may no longer be good.
I have a button next to the flashing lights on mine... what is that button for?
Mine has a button on the top that was labeled as an on & off button. However, this didn’t work for me, so I just don’t pay attention to it.
@@LauraGarza. yeah the button doesn't do anything for me as well
is there a light that is on it to tell if it's working??
I’ll have to go back and check, but I think the digital number blinks as it’s charging your device.
@@LauraGarza. yes, I googled it.
Do you have you wait until it’s completely dead to charge it?
No, you can charge it at anytime.
@@LauraGarza. Mine isn’t changing 😭
If it’s new, send it back and exchange it. I’ve charged mine while at different percentages so if it’s not charging, I think something is wrong with your device.
@@LauraGarza. Must be. & I got it from walmart. It was charging at first. like b4 I went to sleep it was @ 50% but then when I woke up it was @ 0%
Oh no. Definitely think you need a replacement. I haven’t charged mine in weeks and I just looked at it and it’s still at 100%.
Is it supposed to blink while charging?
Yes, it will blink while charging and stop when it’s charged.
Okay but how do you turn it off..i tried to turn it off so I can stop going down on its own.
Mine goes off on its own. The button will turn it on or it will turn on when you connect it to a device to charge, but I don’t find that it will turn it off.
@@LauraGarza. I got the same one from Walmart. I didn't use it. I just charged it. At first it was at 100. went down to 92% without being used. Mine turn off itself too but still draining battery.
I think being that it turns itself off, it’s going to use some of the charge. I’ve charged mine a few months ago and haven’t used it. I just looked and it’s at 97%.
HOW DO I CHARGE THE ACTUAL POWER BATTERY
It comes with a cord that you can use with a USB charging block.
How's it holding up?
Still going strong.
My first time using a portable charger i like it
Once you start using them, you’ll come to rely on them.
How long does it last for? Or does it go on forever
I haven’t used mine in over a year. I went to check the charge about a month ago, & it still had a charge in the 90% range.
@@LauraGarza. okay
Just got one from Walmart that hold 7 charges yet it won't charge no matter what it use
That definitely sounds like it’s defective. I’d return it. Mine has held a charge for months w/o me using it. One you connect it to the device you wish to charge, charging should begin immediately.
You should do a video what’s on my iPhone 😀 great video
Thank you. I will put that on my list.
I never had protble charger onn. I just got today I don't understand charge phone
You’ll need to use the cord that came with the charger to connect the portable charger to a wall charger.
Once it’s fully charged, use the cord for whatever device you’re trying to charge to connect it to the portable battery.
From there, the portable battery should charge your device.
I thought you were going to show how to Charge it!- which port?
To charge the charger itself, you’ll attach the provided cord to the smallest port on the charger.
Hi larua I'm deaf people but I'm didn't why not go to 100% dual-port portable black battery 1ft 30.5 cm
If it’s not charging to 100%, it might be the internal battery. I did notice that the charging of the power pack, did take quite some time. If it’s just never reaching 100% despite how long it charges, it might be a problem with the power pack.
Im Deaf Asl Thanks you for help larua
Mine wont charge the reset everyone is talkin bout doesnt do anything
If it’s new, I recommend returning it. If not, it sounds like you might have to purchase a new one. So far, I haven’t had any problems charging mine.
Hello Laura I just found your video thank you plus your beautiful
Thank you for watching.
They don't last I just got one yesterday and it won't charge
I’ve had mine for over a year with no problems.
Cool I live in dothan
That’s awesome.
I am didn't know how
What is it you didn’t know how to do?
How about a review now that you've actually used it.
I have the exact same one and when I have it fully charged, and then plug in my phone, it doesn't work and it's really pissing me off like why is it not working??
I lied mine isnt the exact same.. I dont have an on/off button or 2 USB ports
I think you should return it. I’ve never had that problem with mine.
@@LauraGarza. yeah I mean I think I paid 12$ at walmart when I was up in Oregon now I'm back in CA like an hr from the nearest walmart. I finally got it working and I dont know if it's something I did or not and I cant find any other videos or anyone with the same problem online
The solar banks are better by swiss
I just looked those up & they’re no joke. Thank you for letting me know.
I think you have a lot to learn about electricity doll face but this is a good product.
Honey, I think you’re right🤔. I never said I was an electrician sweetheart but good to know that you like the product.🥰
@@LauraGarza. Yes well I have the 20000 size onn battery and it powers my tablet all day. I also have onn memory cards which are as fast as the expensive Samsung memory.
Onn is Walmart brand
Buying things from Walmart on line doesn't use 3rd party sellers..lol
Some products come straight from the manufacturer instead of Walmart. I guess if you consider that 3rd party....
Being that the marketplace sellers are not the two primary parties involved, yes, that does make them a third party. 😁
The one I bought does not stay charged and is a piece of crap would not recommend buying
I hope you returned it and got a refund. I’ve never had a problem with mine the entire time I’ve had it.
Get to the point dammm!! Y'all you tubers dam
