    Almost all these drain install videos show installation of overflow drains and don't mention the difference b/w overflow and non overflow sinks. My Moen faucets all came with overflow drain assemblies and good thing I learned the difference before installing in my non overflow sinks.

    Mine is old and nasty. Can't get it unscrewed.

      Mine was rusted pretty good. I had to put a pair of vice grips on the piece in the sink and another set of vice grips on the part under the sink. She moved.

    Should be using Teflon tape !, do not use plumbers putty on resin type sinks .. ( non porcelain)
