I think that I've seen you demonstrate the bridge, more than any other exercise. I love adding in the arms portion, to help the upper back. Great idea!
I have sciatica pain on right side. I tried this but after a while my lower back and right butt cheek ache. Should I continue? Is it because I'm doing something wrong?

I am a trim 75 y o woman. I feel like I could easily do these exercises to strengthen my back. I do worry whether I should be doing them now since it's only been 4 weeks since I had spinal fusion surgery on C5-7. I am feeling so much better except I just can't seem to straighten my body up to walk normal. I had been walking stooped over for the last four years. I am so happy to have finally found a wonderful talented neurosurgeon and with the results of my surgery. However, I still can't walk nice and tall. I have no pain. My back muscles must be very weak because it is impossible to stand up nice and straight now. I want to go back to the gym like I used to do before I fell and hurt my back. It seems to me also that these back strengthening exercises that you're showing in this video could help me. What is your opinion as to me doing these exercises now?

I feel this in my legs but not really in my back, I wonder what I'm doing wrong. My lower back is weak for sure, and I'm trying to strengthen it with this exercise.

Question: I have upper and lower back injuries that get really painful when I'm on my feet for 30+ minutes. I want to increase my back stamina as much as possible. Could I just start this with 5 second holds, then start increasing the duration gradually until one day I'm doing 5 minute holds? In other words, can I aim to limitlessly increase the duration to increase my back stamina?
I am not able to raise my hips and back. Any advice on how I could do this exercise?
