I have been battling anxiety for 6 years now and even though I am able to control it, I still have issues to calm down and just relax, I tried medidating before and it never worked. It is the first time in month that I am actually feeling relaxed, I am trying not to cry, that's how happy I am!! thank you so much for this great video.

His voice is so soothing, I just had a minor anxiety attack and I felt it getting worse, this helped a lot. My mind wondered and I got inturuped, but I'm going to try and be proud of how much better I feel. Thank you!

*I have a high stress life. I work long hours in a fast-paced and incredibly stressful field, I have a 1 year old and a 2 year old to raise, and I run my own photography business in my off hours. Needless to say, stress and anxiety are my permanent state, but neither of them are serious enough or severe enough to require professional help. IMPORTANT! If your stress or anxiety is severe enough to warrant medical attention, GET MEDICAL ATTENTION!! Mental health is so important. You wouldn't try to mend a broken foot at home, so treat your brain with the same level of urgency and importance.*

Anxiety Relief for mild anxiety/stress, NOT a replacement for prescriptions >> hopeithelps.co/anxiety-disorder-treatments

Prescriptions are just a band aid for anxiety . It would be wiser to not take medication and learn coping skills to manage anxiety . Prescriptions can end up making everything worse for some. I know this from first hand experience . Sure maybe for a couple weeks until you start therapy or something learn some form of coping skill..

I've had a lot going on recently - honestly I thought stuff like this would never help me to relax and get rid of my worry/anxiety (constantly feeling sick/throwing up, excessive heartbeat, loss of appetite) and I've just completed this video, it helped me calm right down (I think I suffer from tinnitus), thank you so much, now I can wash away my worry and I'll be coming back to this again! New subscriber and liked earned! :)

I have those same physical symptoms of anxiety. When I get them I'll often worry they're something else and have an attack because of them. I also had a spontaneous pneumothorax (lung collapse). Now when the weather changes and my chest aches because of it I have to remind myself that it's not happening again, I just have a chest full of scar tissue.

This is one of the best youtube anxiety relief videos I have seen! It communicates the technique in a simple and direct way. So many of the videos I have watched are vague and complicated and don't give you a technique, or else they are about persuading the viewer to sign up to something expensive before any help is offered......
