This is a beautiful and well-made house, from the floor plan and the bedroom sizes, especially the maid's and driver's quarters. And yes, have the laundry area inside the house.
Another exquisite design presented by the one and only Mr. Jake. Also agree that the house design has an American style vibes. The only dislike about the layout is the column situated between the living and dining. It appears like a novice structural decision blunder. The architect should have insisted omiiting the column, since there are many possible ways and the span is just a few meters.
Basta American inspired talaga maganda ang house design/layout. It would've given a more wow factor if the kitchen is not enclosed. Open space talaga na kita from living, dining and kitchen. But that'a just my own preference. Nevertheless, this house stands out among other modern house tour, the oversized white windows definitely gave that cozy and bright effect. Most modern house these days usually use the same black standard window size. The color palette of the house is spectacular. Not the usual deep dark brown wood color/ all white color. Kudos to the Architects 🤩
