HAHHAHAHAH gosh, u never know if you are rich and make lots of parties or reunions you'll need that many bathrooms so nobody shits themselves waiting for the others
They're just relative to the number of bedrooms so no one has to share. Even the maid and driver have their own. Plus the bathroom if you'll go swimming.

@@user-ux7if1pw2i with practice you can be good at drawing! I have also questioned my drawing skills but I'm starting to sketch more and I hope it will help me improve. You can do it! And also I heard from an archi youtuber that "designing is different from drawing" as long as you can interpret what you have in mind you'll be okay :)

@@Presello Totally agree! However, our houses here are built with wood mainly due to cost efficiency and availability. Unfortunately concrete is very expensive to insulate for our weather and also hard to renovate after initial construction. Nonetheless I'll take this house over any that I've seen here any day 😉

as a fan of HGTV, it's so refreshing to see house tours locally! i guess a difference is that foreign sellers usually 'dress up' or temporarily furnish their house so buyers can see a possible set-up where they can maximize the space and the beauty of the house! super love Julia's side chika tho!!

They should have put a balcony on the last floor facing the beautiful view of the mountain.... instead of just the window and the people are far from it. Sayang ang view and air.
