Went through an ordeal trying to pre-order the Casio UNO. I placed the order a month back and there was no clue on when the order will be shipped. The customer service was horrendous. When i asked they said it, "it will arrive when it will arrive". Every time an email was sent they were responding as if they are giving it for free. It took me a month of back to back emailing everyday to bug them and finally they cancelled. I placed the order a month back. They kept the money for a month and are reaping the interest of customer's money. The people answering emails and calls have no care WHATSOEVER !
Finally someone spoke about this! I've placed my order on june 16 on the casioindiashop site. for the white one. I knew that it would take some time to get the order in hand. But there isn't any transparency in the order details. though the order is placed there isn't any tracking information available. Reached the customer support and seller they are not giving proper response. Out of nowhere people are publishing videos on getting the watch.. wondering how this is being sold in stores when there is none got their pre order. I'm still waiting for this watch more than 4 weeks. there's no medium on casio/casio intl to place a complaint on this

One thing I noticed that Casio has various different authorised sellers but they are flippers, they cancel the orders and sell offline at a huge price. And Casio should have it’s own big warehouse in various parts of India and just eliminate these authorised sellers to sell online
I have ordered a MDV 107 last Friday they have cancelled the order yesterday due to stock not available. The funny part is they are still taking orders for the same watch on their website showing only 2 piece left.
Same here I had pre-booked the white manga edition on 25th June but did not get it till 15th July so I directly contacted different Casio stores and luckily I got one from a store directly and after receiving that I cancelled my pre-booking by email request. Casio Japan directly needs to intervene in this and make sure customer gets what is ordered/ pre-booked if they want to grow their community.

I went through the same issue. I wanted to buy 2 white but white one went out of stock after placing order so I ordered 1 white and 1 blue. After 10 days they cancelled my white order and emailed me saying it's out of stock for an item which was on preorder. Thankfully I managed to find both whites at a retail outlet. Then they weren't ready to cancel the already booked blue watch saying it's a preorder item so it cannot be cancelled. I had to write to them a few times then they eventually cancelled it saying that's also out of stock 🤣

Call out Seiko also, for raising the prices of their base Seiko 5 models. They used to be value for money but now you'll think twice. One can raise the budget and buy a Tissot or a Seiko presage.

Casio don't even have manufacturing factories here in India . They have factories in China , Vietnam , Japan etc...And real thing is most of the watches bought in India are imported from Chinese factories . Casio should diverse their manufacturing lines to India , we account for decent % in there selling circle .
I have had 6 cancellations for the Tiffany one after the other. And even after that I picked it up from a store. I have never purchased a Casio ever again. No matter how this Manga looks. I was done and It is staying that way.
Another instance of bad customer care option through the website - I wanted to order a particular strap from the website but it was out of stock for more than a few months. I mailed their customer service thrice asking whether it might ever come back in stock. I received not even an automated reply, for months! I ended up contacting a local service center store, and they luckily had the strap in stock.
Not only on casio india shop but I can see that most of the casio watches are out of stock in amazon and flipkart, etc.... Casio watches are so popular in india due to its affordability and quality but I don't know why casio doesn't officially sells their product and instead they have these authorized online sellers who doesn't care about casio product If you don't want to sell casio watches then why are you an authorized seller, I hope casio focuses on the stocks provided for Indian market or maybe they start their own official website for shopping the products

I think A video for Titan has to be made, it claims itself as largest Indian watch maker however despite good heritage failed to manufacture own mechanical movement. Also Indian govt puts lot of customs duty on imported watches so buying imported watches at extravagant prices is just not justified.

From what I saw on my preorders, the watch is sold via some authorised dealer on casioindia shop, you will see the name of the dealer when your order is confirmed. But somehow it will get cancelled. 2 reasons for this 1st reason is dealer receives the product but instead sells it to some customer who is physically at the store because he saves on the free shipping to customer on online orders. 2nd reason is he passes it on to grey market dealers who sell it for 50k etc making them money as well.

What happened to me is even worse, I ordered the blue manga edition on 25 June and it was supposed to be delivered on 10th July but I didn't get it and I waited 9 more days and I saw your video where you got it from a store so even I went to a nearby store and bought it and I also tried cancelling the preorder while i was in the store by calling customer care but no one picked up and I sent 3 emails with the order number stating that I wanted to cancel it but 2 days later I got the delivery so now I had 2 watches and I again tried calling them to return the watch that was delivered but there was no response after a lot of arguing through emails they told they'll take yesterday 2 days ago but they didn't come yesterday, I am thinking about selling that watch on the Gray market now, I also raised several tickets in the website, the whole thing is unethical
Titan is best in these terms.. As far as their delivery, Service is concerned... Though they might don't have casio like variety in terms of digital, solar etc... But their automatic and quartz, edge collection is way beautiful and great.. Love to titan ❤

From what I saw on my preorders, the watch is sold via some authorised dealer on casioindia shop, you will see the name of the dealer when your order is confirmed. But somehow it will get cancelled. 2 reasons for this 1st reason is dealer receives the product but instead sells it to some customer who is physically at the store because he saves on the free shipping to customer on online orders. 2nd reason is he passes it on to grey market dealers who sell it for 50k etc making them money as well.
Even i faced similar issue with other models in casio india. They took money, order placed, but later cancelled due to unavailability.

Mene 26 July ko Casio F91w ka order diya tha Casio India official website se socha tha Flipkart/Amazon pe fake aa jayegi isliye official site se Kara.
Payment ho gaya tha aur delivery date 29 July ki batai thi. Aaj 31 July Tak delivery nahi hui aur order ID se track karne par not shipped aa rha hai. My Account me order check kar rahe hai toh delivered aa rha hai.

Same issue with me I ordered casio world time/casio royal paid in full order accepted took a long time multiple emails then they said no seller is shipping to my area for the price I ordered.
What happened to me is even worse, I ordered the blue manga edition on 25 June and it was supposed to be delivered on 10th July but I didn't get it and I waited 9 more days and I saw your video where you got it from a store so even I went to a nearby store and bought it and I also tried cancelling the preorder while i was in the store by calling customer care but no one picked up and I sent 3 emails with the order number stating that I wanted to cancel it but 2 days later I got the delivery so now I had 2 watches and I again tried calling them to return the watch that was delivered but there was no response after a lot of arguing through emails they told they'll take yesterday 2 days ago but they didn't come yesterday, I am thinking about selling that watch on the Gray market now, I also raised several tickets in the website, the whole thing is unethical

Titan is best in these terms.. As far as their delivery, Service is concerned... Though they might don't have casio like variety in terms of digital, solar etc... But their automatic and quartz, edge collection is way beautiful and great.. Love to titan ❤
But they are not good in quality that's the problem you can buy a good quality Casio in the same or lower rate than titan

Same thing happened with me when i ordere the tifanny blue mtp 1302 enticer . They made me wait for 1 month and then cancelled it and then refunded. My question is that 1 mahine ke liye aap ke pass mere paise tha itna kitna lakho logo ka hoga . I wonder how much they make on interest every month and then simply refund the principal . It's a scam at this point

I ordered Casio F-91W from Casio India website on 14th Aug and it was showing as delivery by 22nd today but when I opened my account to check the status of my order, it is showing Cancelled with any reason. I didn’t cancelled it on my end.
It is a pity to see such a scam they are running after we are trusting them and pre paying the order.
