    Get your squats deeper, and explodes out of then It will help with those first 5 to 10 yards. You got this!

    Alternative title: conditioning workout for soccer players.       Yeah, too much pressure can cause cramps, I go home with gear 7 and it's uphill prob like 200m? Idk then exercise, depends on the gear I was going home with, then I workout depending on the gear when I made it to my house, I'm 10 years old

      Don’t do everyday or you’re legs will be to stiff and sore to play football 1 or 2
      Days a week max
