      We have tons of plyometric workouts on our channel that would be great for goalkeepers. Maybe our next video could be a specific goalkeeper plyometric workout.. ✊️

    I watched all your plyometric exercises but still I didn't understand how to work it so am I working all drills each one is 3 set and 20 reps please reply me coach I see its so useful so tell me how to do it

      u do to much reps, if you do 3 sets each 7-9 reps thats enough, but u have to do each rep with full effort. Whats also important to get athletic is heavy weight training and isometrics
