    Would u say do the aerobic for the first two weeks, then the two weeks after that incorporate anaerobic as well? Whilst doing progressive overload as well

    so one can pick any workout from this and give it a try right, also if a begginer is doing this, should they do no ball work and gym that day coz of how tiring it is?

      Pls ricfit i just watched ur vid on how to plan ur individual training sessions for the position specific training can it be like drills tailored for my positions or areas of weakness, what i do in my position and the technical aspect needed for my training.pls i lile alot of u get back to me on this ​@@ricfitacademy
