Training under the rain? should have felt refreshing🤠 Also, for exercises that require no equipment or almost nothing I really would like to recommend L-Sits and Nordics, L-Sits when done with intention, it has burned my hip flexors (an area I would have wished to start training waaay back), and Nordics are just bad asss (also an excellent protection for the ACL) Excellent video quality, also I like your chill/soft tone not only on the voice but also on the audio in general.
No, I wouldn’t recommend doing all of these in one session as that would be very taxing in your body. This video was more to show a bunch of exercises to incorporate into your training plan, something that I talked about in detail about how to create in the video before this one ⚽️
I cant find a place to train on , and i dont have a lot of money to train in a stadium 😢😢 and in my place in my country is hard to find an academy i am 11 years old and i am not sure if i can tell my dad to sing me with a club or academy 😢 and i have school i cant miss any day for academy what should i do ??😢

These videos are so helpful but should I do it as a 12 year old or not because I keep getting told that am too young to use weights.
