Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora is an open world action-adventure game based on the Avatar film series developed by Massive Entertainment and published by Ubisoft. The game is scheduled to release for PlayStation 5, Windows, and Xbox Series X/S on December 7, 2023. It is the second video game released for the franchise after Avatar: The Game (2009).

I’m definitely an avatar nerd. It’s been my favorite franchise since I saw the first movie as a kid. This game has been everything I’d hoped for it to be! It’s true to the avatar world, so detailed, so immersive and the game looks beautiful. Hope you’re enjoying it as well❤️❤️

It has a few similarities to far cry primal, yes, in part because it was made by ubisoft, but again primal is my favorite far cry, even though it got very repetitive after finishing the main storyline. However FOP does not have this problem, still so many unique side quests. Beautiful and functional and unique. Completely an amazing game.
This looks like a really solid game, I'm down to watch a full playthrough

I could not play this game without your videos. I'm new to gaming (and old) and only game I have played is Horizon. I am loving this game a lot, love the missions, etc., however, I do find it really hard for a beginner player as there is so much stuff to remember just using the controller. I die alot, fall alot, can't jump well, but with your video, am slowing figuring it out (took me 5 hr to do Tower mission). Please keep the videos coming so I can play this amazing game. I almost gave up yesterday until I watched Part 1 & 2 again, so back on it now. Its hard starting gaming as a 78 yr old female...

That's so awesome! I'm really glad you're enjoying it. It's really cool to see people youre age getting into gaming. Ive been gaming since i was a kid and even im having a tough time remembering all the info and figuring out the controls for this game.
You should really check out Red Dead Redemption 2, it's a little more mature but overall an amazing game. My all time favorite.

the beginning of the story i find it very immersive.
The surroundings are surreal and the dialog and cutscenes really seem to keep my excited about this game i truly enjoy it.
I have to admit i was not expecting it to be as good as it is.
But i haven't gotten far playing it so i guess i'll see how it playes on
Super impressed and relieved by this game. I mean it’s Avatar we can’t expect Game of the Year status but the fact that it’s made by the team who created Division is dope. Division 2 is definitely in my top 5 games

Belsprigs give you extra health, there are loads of them so you could end up with pretty decent health in the end. From what I've played so far looks like this could be quite a long game if you do all the side quests. There also seems to be quite a large difference between the difficulty levels.

Started playing this last night at midnight, i played for hours. (On PC 1440p)
I think its a beautiful game. The immersiveness they put into the environment is so good. When it turns night it looks even better. Sound design is great, especially with headphones. I think the crafting is complicated but it makes sense for the Na'vi, they use everything from the environment and they respect the wildlife. Im really loving it so far.
(Also the gathering/pulling thing on conteoller has vibration feedback, idk how keyboard indicates that youre pulling in the right way)
Finally, part 2 lol, I was waiting what felt like forever to me, and it finally dropped 😂 I hope you continue to do more playthroughs.

People were so hard on this game. I think Ubisoft did an incredible job of paying homage to Avatar and bringing what makes the movies special to life. It is not a cash grab like Gollum and you can tell the devs put some real love into this game's creation. I am going to get this for PC after watching these videos.

Hey brad, something cool i found out, if you jump of cliffs near the big beanstalk looking things, you can use the leaves to break your fall like they do in the first film 👍
This game is actually not as bad as people make it to be! The graphics are amazing, the story had a nice pace, and the voice acting is not awful either! id actually consider buying the game and play when i have time

i finished all of valhalla and the dlcs 🤣. Honestly was my favorite game to play at the time. anything with vikings and/or norse mythology im in.

most people bashing it online have not played it and only went based off of the small tid bits shown off. those who have tried it who previously bashed it online from what i have found have actually found that they enjoyed it immensly. its why i say to play a game before you decide its the worst.

I've found out that the story campaign will take 25 hours to complete
z to quick heal with the dap-things, the foods are like legend of zelda food buffs. also with all weapons you can run and gun smoothly instead of standing still. hope you keep on playing this looks awesome

im just not a first person player. I have binocular vision disorder, I really need the character as a focal point. Id love to play at some point, but even watching your gameplay, I have two severe migraines requiring a high dose of medication just in part two. Really wish they will reconsider that for future games. The gameplay is beautiful though. Very much reminds me of horizon series!

You are loving it too much bud, I am at the first mission on the drill site, I still struggle a lot with that damm first person view, they should have done first and third options but nothing is perfect, I get tired of not knowing or being aware of my surroundings like a third person view lets us do.
