We’re Dean & Nala, and we’ve been best friends since December 2018. I was actually cycling around the world when I heard Nala meowing out for me somewhere in the Bosnian mountains. With no intentions of keeping Nala, I knew i had to save the wee kitten and take her to the vet - but I was well aware of the fact that it might be a bit of a challenge considering I only had a bike. However, despite my concerns, Nala quickly climbed out of the front bag on the bike handle and straight onto my shoulder. Since then, we’ve been travelling the world together. So feel free to tag along if you’re interested in following our journey and adventures around the globe ❤️

This was three years ago but I just found the Nala channel. I am in love with her. Where did you see 44 people disliking them? Not possible; must be a mistake.
People like those are seeking every possible reason to be angry, they love being that way and they seek to spread their disdain like a virus to others. When you see such things never bite (read them) it is how disinformation and misinformation is spread. Dean and Narla is a great combination of love and joy. 😊

I’ve never seen a cat that loves to nuzzle it’s “owner” as much as Nala. I mean, most cats will nuzzle for a short time and then they’re off to do their own bidding. But Nala seems to have a very special attachment here. Glad she found you!

Thanks for rescuing that adorable cute sweet kitty. It makes me in a good mood to see her so composed when she travels in her basket. In Spanish we have a very nice word to affectionately refer to cats: morrongo. Nala is a morronguita who steals our hearts

sooooo I first became aware of your journey when I saw you last year on 'Dodo' & that was when you found 'Nala' ! then I lost touch for several months....but Wow - so much has happened since then, & I'm so glad I found you again ! I can relate to this beautiful bond you have with Nala your trusty side kick companion & I can relate as I have 4 cats of my own, all rescue ferals, each unique with their own personalities but I enjoy their antics & quirks & they are all such loving furry friends that make my home complete. I've only watched a few of your vids so far, but hope to go back & watch them all !....it's so amazing how Nala has grown, synced & adjusted to the bike travel, the road noise, bumps, the weather & all the various stops you make, hotels, hostels, camping & naturally flows with it all....just so cool & I can feel that she has grown to love this adventure too, but the truth is, as long as she's with you, she will adapt & go wherever you go...that is apparent in this beautiful bond that has, that you chose to blossom !....& I think, that's the best part of this, your journey that has evolved !....I see you have made lots of updates - higher res. camera, a drone, software editing tools, & a new basket for Nala !.....with some awesome toys & new sweater....so 'Great' & I love how you include your viewers as if they are making this trip with you, & with lots of insights on these places you are visiting - kinda like your own mini travel show ! They're called trollers. It can be the happiest, most upbeat video you can find and they'll still do it just to get a rise out of you.

Seriously, why do people whine about this so much? Dislikes support the channel the same as Likes do. If you had half a brain you'd know that you should really be pissed with the ~11k views and only ~2k total viewer feedback. Go back to protesting the colour mauve or whatever you do for fun, and stop trying to dictate what people are allowed to think.
Maybe they just came across this part of Nala and Dan's journey and think some nutcase guy has taken just his cat on a road trip. They don't know how Dan found her as such a tiny and abandoned kitten and saved her x

I love it, I absolutely love it. Nala snug in her sweater, blankets and comfy basket. That mesh roof is so perfect, protective but still with a view. And Dean with all his belongings on a bike. He can find contentment and sufficiency and comfort in a field or an abandoned building. And then enjoy a well deserved hotel room or air b&b. Two laid back contented cool cats, living life to the full.

Cats love smells. When I moved and first let my cats into the garden (was huge) for at least an hour, all they wanted to do was sniff everything within 6-12 feet of the doors.
@chima chibi Indeed. She is his #1 fan club, his motivator and emotional support. She is always readily responsive when he needs her and vice versa. It's a symbiotic relationship. Always in touch with each other. ( love the was she stretches out her front leg in the basket:)

I watched him look after himself when a dude tried to rob him. However in situations like this were there are buildings so close by he really can't relax until it is really dark. I'd rather he found somewhere more isolated and he's more rested.
