I have believed my thoughts my whole life. What if you don't have to? Imagine your thoughts were not true and you could disregard them. Like waking up from a bad dream, you could happily feel relieved it was just a dream? What if you could catch yourself in dark thoughts and react the same way: phew, those are just thoughts, I don't have ro listen to them! It can be done. Seing our thoughts as a radio station (no use arguing with it) chattering in the background, and knowing we all have thoughts, but we don't have to believe them. Would that help? I recommend the youtube channel Mary Schiller, and her videos from 2-4 years ago describing how she cured herself of 30 years of ptsd in a couple of months. Depression and ptsd, like anxiety, consist of believing in what we think. For me it has been life changing. It all comes from Sydney Banks. You can also check "the inside out revolution" by Michael Neill, a lot of it is explained here on youtube. 💕💕
