I think the whole idol genre is more about the stage performance than the individual talent. I like the heavier parts, but my guess there won't be a live band at live concerts. I don't have a lot of reference in this area, but I only remember a couple idol groups like Ladybaby and FruitPochette having a live band, but not always with them either.
