it helps alot i just got a 1990 310-8 free im trying to get running and it had the plow on it so this helps when i get a mower deck for it it helps me out on trying to remove it and reinstall it
Hi Buck - I have a couple of suggestions. The wear blade is designed to turn it over and wear out both edges. So, you have one side worn to the point where it just needs to be turned over to get to the "new cutting edge"! You will find it important to get as much lift out of the blade as possible, so if you will bore another hole in the lift link, you can raise the blade to the maximum until the frame nearly contacts the underside of the front axle. Thanks for the video!
Thank you so much! In a subsequent video I went and flipped the scraper bar over as you have suggested. Never got any snow last year, so I'm set up and ready now for this Winter. Thanks again.
I like the manual angle design, I built one based off simplicity's design for a Bolens blade mounted on my simplicity 3310v - but may use something with a cable style for an ATV blade or a winch powered version.
Thanks, helpful. I have a 314-8 without the hydraulics so you have to lift the blade by hand with a lever but the lever plate broke at the bushing so I had to pull off the plate and machine a piece to fix it.
Great video but I’d highly recommend using a solid lift link to the lift arm trunnion itself instead of the deck lift arm. You’ll get downforce which is what really makes these plows great.
Dear Sir I'm just now seeing this video what size width are the rims n what size n width are your tires as I have a314 8 an a c120 special I would like to put agtires on both thank you Ray Syein
I'm not sure. I'm not a big wheel horse guy. Maybe the 260 is for a different model tractor. Go on one of the wheel horse groups on facebook. Someone there will have an answer for you.

Thanks for watching!
Exactly what I needed! Thanks so much!
Awesome! Thanks for watching!
Blade is in remarkably good condition- i'd keep it sheeted if outside
Hey Buck , great video
Thank you so much!
Great video. Want to get a dozer blade of my 520 now.
Thanks! And good luck!
I have one available in Michigan...
Thanks Buck
Think the Centre Link needs to be a tad loose to float the blade

Yes, great suggestion. I saw a video addressing that very thing. I may get around to that eventually. Thanks.

Is it the same for the 252H series tractor?
You should be able to flip the wearbar over if that helps.
Yes, thank you. I think that is exactly what I'll try first.
What's the difference between the blade you put on and the 260 series. I have both. The 260 series is in better condition. Frames not the same.

You should be able to flip the cutting edge.
....which is what I did, yes.
My blade is not made like that it is shorter
Love your trump sticker! 🇺🇸
Thanks!
