I don’t have mental health issues thank you God but if I did I would probably start my day off at the gym and get those feel good endorphins going. Next I would come home and sit in my near infrared sauna and sit in my hot tub for a little self care. I have extreme ADHD and get bored even when I’m doing something fun lol that’s my mental issue. I've lurked a while but just wanted to say your videos are always so useful/fun to watch, and it's great to seee social media presences being honest and realistic about mental health and not everything always being 100% perfect!
I totally agree with starting out getting yourself together, whether it’s a skincare routine, taking vitamins or simply putting a cute outfit on❤️ It already puts you in a better mood. For me, it’s that & making sure I move my body. Whether it’s an intense workout or if I don’t feel like it, going for a walk.
As a mental health professional, I would suggest checking to make sure what herbs are in the blend from your Naturopath to ensure there will be no contraindications taking the 5-HTP concurrently.
