Ingredients :
200gm. Slice beef ( today I use sirloin steak)
1cup. Slice onions
2. Green onion cut in to 2 inch long
1/2 lb. Slice mushrooms
500 gm. Frozen Udon noodles
1 tbs. Butter
1. tsp. Black pepper powder
Stir fry sauce
1 tbs. Sugar
1 tbs. Oyster sauce
1 tsp. Soy sauce
1/2 tsp. Dark soy sauce
Marinated beef
1. tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cornstarch
1/2. tsp. baking soda
1. tsp soy sauce
1 tsp. oyster sauce
2 tbs. water
2 tbs. oil
