नमस्ते जी, मैं भटूरे के लिए जब मैदा लेती हूँ तो साथ में तीसरा हिस्सा सूजी का लेती हूँ और सिर्फ नमक और दही साथ मे थोड़े पानी से कुछ घण्टे पहले ही गूथ लेती हूँ।
इससे भटूरे तेल भी कम पीते हैं और सुपाच्य भी हो जाते हैं।
