भटूरे बनाने की आसान विधि - छोला भटूरा पंजाबी - Bhature Recipe - Secret & Magic Recipe

आज हम भठूरे बनान सीख रहे हैं। एक दम बाजार जैसे फूले फूले भटुरे । बनान एक दम आसान है। और ज्यादा मेहनत भी नहीँ लगती हैं। भटूरे बनाने मैं। छोले भटूरे सबसे ज्यादा पंजाब मैं पसन्द किये जाते हैं। भारत मैं सबसे ज्यादा छोले भटूरे पसन्द किये जाते है। तो शुरू करें। कल छोले की रेसिपी शेयर करूँगा। लेकिन रेस्टारेंट स्टाइल मैं जैसे एक दम होटल जैसे ग्रेवी वाले छोले भटूरे।। या ढाबा स्टाइल मैं बनाएंगे।
भटूरे बनाने के लिए आवश्यक सामग्री :
मैदा 300 ग्राम
सूजी (रवा ) 50 ग्राम
नमक स्वादानुसार
दही 2 छोटे चम्मच
बेकिंग पाउडर आधा छोटी चम्मच से कम
तेल तलने के लिए
पानी आवश्यक्ता नुसार
भटूरे बनाने की विधि :
मैदा और सूजी को किसी बर्तन म छानकर निकाल लीजिये ,अब इसमें 2 छोटी चम्मच तेल , दही , नमक , और बेकिंग पाउडर डालकर अच्छी तरह से मिलाइये हलके गुनगुने पानी की सहायता से या ताजा पानी से नरम आटा लगा लीजिये
और इस आटे को किसी कपडे से ढक कर या किसी पालीथिन मे रख दीजिये 2,3 घण्टे के लिए ।
कढ़ाई मे तेल डालकर गरम कीजिये।
गूंथे हुए आटे से गोल गोल लोई बनाइये और गोल गोल पूरी की तरह भटूरे बेल लीजिये , भटूरे को गरम तेल मे डालिये ,कलछी से दबाकर फुलाइये ,दोनों ओर पलटकर हल्का ब्राउन होने तक तलिये ,सरे भठूरे इसी तरह से बना लीजिये।
भटूरे बनकर तैयार हैं गरमागरम छोले, प्याज़ और अचार के साथ परोसिए और सभी को खिलाईये अपने हाथ के बने छोले भटूरे।
