Just a suggestion..twist the needle cap, insert into the device and then remove the needle cap.

Wonderful dr. After discarding the strip the meter shows the previous reading for me,but in ur case it is not coming. What i should after pulling out the strip. Is it normal if the old reading is shown before inserting the new strip

I have a doubt If I take night food at 10 PM, then morning at what time I should check my sugar level in empty stomach. And then after break fast at what time I should check again. If my empty stomach sugar level is 120-130 what I have to do or if it is 110-115 then what i have to do?
I think, while doing exercise, our body will perform glycogenolysis in which, glycogen (reservoir of glucose) in liver, get converted to glucose and then the blood glucose level get increased and we can get proper energy to do exercise..it might be a cause to increase blood glucose level 😇
