Could Jamaica Cottages have special ordered a better example of constructing one of their buildings than you? I don't think so!
Al, between the kit's organization of materials and your penchant for perfection, this project is a match made in heaven. Nice.

You did a tremendous job. It was nice to have plans laid out step-by-step to help you along. I am amazed that you were able to do all of that on your own. Just goes to show how talented you are. Heavenly father was definitely watching over you as you worked all by yourself. Looking forward to the next video, take care, stay safe, and God-bless.

Hi Al. I've got to say as a 65 year old man with failing eyes, creaky knees and arthritic hands, watching you has inspired me to undertake a tiny, but for me exhausting, maintenance job at my house when I thought that was all behind me. When I was younger I could carry out all sorts of d.i.y. (do you call it that in U.S.A. ?) but never on the scale that you are doing with that barn. Watching you and your family build up your homestead gives me great pleasure. I particularly enjoyed watching you and Olivia sledding in the snow last winter. I hope life is good to you and your family. Enjoy the journey and be good to each other. Thanks for inspiring me to have a little attempt at do-it-yourself around the home again. Peace and happiness always.

Watching you climb that scaffolding to attach the ridge pole is EXACTLY why I hired someone else to build my barn! (I don't do heights 😜)

Respect! I built a 30x50 shop by myself. I had 2 friends help with the concrete pour, but the rest including a bathroom w/ shower, I did alone. What you do isn't easy.

Hi Al, that height sure gives goosebumps. Take care ,, no safety precautions you took . !!! Well it’s coming on fine though. Truly an exciting project. By the way it’s always little man who bleats the loudest and is the hungriest !!!😂😂
