Laine 2025 Knitter’s Agenda (beautifulknitt...)
I just finished knitting a yellow sweater for my husband and had so much leftover yarn that I decided to make a sweater for me - so I'm knitting the PetiteKnit Olga striped sweater with yellow and pink stripes :) This is my first time knitting with two colours and it's making me very happy!
The Olga Sweater is on my list 😍 the yellow pink combo is gonna look incredible!
Your Songbird Mittens are a Masterpiece 🩷
🥹🥹🥹 you are too kind
I audibly said "WOW" when the mittens appeared on screen! They are so pretty!!!
Aw thank you so much ❤️
the songbird mitten belong in a museum or at least an art exhibition, gorgeous!! 🥹💕
oh my gosh the mittens??? in love with the purple/gray color combination. winx was so popular here in sweden and was my absolute favorite growing up!! flora and layla were definately my characters💘
It's always such a treat when you upload a new video Celine! An wow, your mittens are gorgeous. The pattern immediately went on my wishlist 😅 need to make my own pair 🥰
That is so sweet, thank you so much 🥹❤️ yess let’s all make the songbird mittens so we can all be twinning 🤗🤗
I loved all your knits! Thank you for the podcast. I liked the look of the Laine journal, in the past I’ve made my own knitting journal, one way I did cast on order was to use little page marker sticky notes with the project name so I could move them around
just sew your float that you did not catch, with a sewing thread with the float above or below that row, that way you will never catch it by mistake .And you won't feel it. Great looking mittens.
Great tip, thanks!!
Obsessed with the mittens and the pinkkkkk 😍😍😍😍
Songbird mittens are beautiful! I’d like to make a pair this winter!
Really recommend them they are a show stopper!
OMG those mittens are BEAUTIFUL, 2 minutes in and i had to comment, they are stunning and i love your colour choice. I would love to be able to make a pair.
Thank you!! Give it a go, it is easier than it looks, and then we can all have matching mittens 😍🥹
Thank you for the tour or Yarndale. Great aquasitions🎉xx
I’ve been using Knit & Note since its release and I love it!
I just got a shakti pillow also for my knitting neck pain and I am loving it. Also just so relaxing
The relaxation is my favourite thing about it! 😍
Omg I was in love with the Winx as well growing up!🧚♀I thought myself as a mix of bloom and flora, couldn't choose which lol
Flora is SUCH a good one 😍
OMG I had no idea the Winx Club was an Italian show! I used to love watching that show as kid in the US. I love your mittens and I'm so excited to see the reversed color mittens together. I'm also super excited to see what you decide to knit with the Holst Garn!
I love to find Winx girlies around the world 🥹❤️
Присоединяюсь к удивлениям по поводу возраста - ШОК!
Оказывается, мы ровесницы ))
Вообще, очень много у нас общего! Обожаю тебя и твой канал! ❤️
Обнимаю!!! И очень хочу встретиться))
Watching this whiel finishing up sewing my sweater. Absolutely related to what you said about hand sewing hahahaha
Hahaha yay I’m glad we’re on the same page about that 😂
Love the videos! I too get neck pain and I got to PT and yoga.
Which watching I worked on the Rainy Day Tee by Sari Noland using some yarn I purchased at the end of summer.
Last week I finished the Eclair-Pullover by Beautiful Knitters after seeing it in your Vlog and instantly falling in love with the short-sleeved version. I knit it in a skyblue, Brigitte No2 by Lana Grossa. It is so soft, warm and practical with a small child! I already got many compliments on it and people are amazed by my knitting skills, so I am super happy. Now working on a Beanie for my boyfriend using a pattern called Jaska on Ravelry. 42 st gauge, last year with a newborn I failed knitting a beanie in worsted weight, so I am keen on redeeming myself 😂
Love your videos and astethic, it is so nice seeing someone in love with all this feminine and nicely-tailored knitwear. My wishlist is getting longer and longer with all your beautiful recommendations 😊
Awww all of this is amazing! Thank you 🥰 so glad you enjoy the Eclair, and oh my goodness, 42 sts sounds SO intense 😂 lovveedd your knitting update, thanks for commenting ✨
Hi Celine! Greetings from Fort Wayne IN 🇺🇸🧶💕
I really enjoy your podcast and all your knits! Those mittens are to die for! I will be adding to my list. I just finished my Sweater No.1 (still need to block) I casted on my Mexican Blanket by TwoofWands. A fun quick knit. Happy knitting! 🧶✨
I love your mittens! They are truly special.🐦I also love that purple yarn that you were gifted. The first thing that came to mind was the Cargill sweater by Rebecca Clow. It is a sweet all over patten that I think would look very nice in that light color for spring. While watching, I've been working on the cuff of my first sleeve of the Anyday Sweatshirt by Ysolda Teague.❤🧶
I have been wanting to knit those mittens so bad but have never done colorwork. I'm so excited to see you knit these for your 1st colorwork project. I'm definitely going to be purchasing yarn for them now and get started on them as soon as possible. Eek! 💙
Aaaa you’ll have THE most fun time 😍😍😍
Love your podcast ❤
I think we should make end of summer official mitten making season, I made a pair too 😂 Not colourwork, but cables, however I had to make them early because I want to make Christmas gifts for my Mum, Mum in law and Grannies this year and they're a gift for my Mum. Right now I'm knitting scarf for Mum in law, it's Birthday Wish Scarf by Julie Peng.
I love your mittens, both pairs look beautiful and I'm curious how the second one will end up. And I can't blame Margaux for choosing things in this colour, it's my favourite colour too 😂
100% agree! That’s so sweet that you are knitting so many gifts, everyone’s gonna love them ❤️❤️❤️
@@woozybyceline I hope so! I often try to make something for them, gift giving is definitely my love language. But receiving? Hell nah, I hate it 😂 Oh, and I made a hat with reflective thread for my husband, it was supposed to be a Christmas gift too, but he already put it in his work bag 😂
Hi Celine! I am knitting the Colorwork Cuff Club socks, the September modded version. So checkered socks in a burgundy colour for the checkered part and for the base an almondy natural white colour (knitting with two and not three colours) So like you, I am loving colourwork and I am also now moving on to Gilmore Girls after watching your video (GG is a must in fall ❤). Oh and I also have a Storm Sweater on my other needles, just taking a quick #socktober break from that one. Happy knitting! 🧶
Thank you so much for introducing me to the Knit and Note app.. appreciated! How do you block your mittens?
Hi Celine, beautiful mittens! I am currently working on my Calliope from Sari Nordlund.
Thanks for watching ❤️ All of Sari Nordlund’s designs are so prettyyy!
I love your mittens!! I am currently knitting my first colorwork socks by stone knits and she says in the pattern to not catch floats, and there are quite a few stitches of one color sometimes. Don’t know how they will wear though, cause just started 😅
Oh that’s really great that she specified!! Maybe i can try making a pair of mittens without catching them to see how that’s different. Enjoy your socks 😍😍😍
I love your bird mittens! I’m curious what you do to make an income other than RUclips?
Hola me encanta muy bonito todo
Gracias 🥰🥰
❤
❤️🤗
So beautiful mittens but I really wish I can change my mind about using DPNs but I saw your little circular needles how long are they and where can I buy them plz❤
Btw the discount code for the shakti doesn’t work
I got them from Amazon, they are the Addi sock needles :) the Shakti code only works on the US and UK websites sadly, are you having trouble on those sites? Thank you 🤗
@@woozybyceline I live in Sweden shouldn’t be a problem, used to purchase things from the UK I wanted two and I got free shipping but the code didn’t work thank you so much for the response Celine ❤️🙏❤️🌻
I really love your videos but lately the amount of advertisement is getting a bit out of hand imo 😅
Thank you so much for watching my channel 🤗 and I appreciate your feedback! Each of my videos takes about 10-15 hours out of my week, and sponsorships is what makes it sustainable for me to keep on doing what I’m passionate about. With no sponsorships, I couldn’t make these videos :( that being said, I only show products I genuinely use and would recommend to a friend, and I hope you can tell, that to me, it does feel like talking to my knitty friends ❤️
@woozybyceline thanks for the nice response :) Of course, I understand that and I am happy for you getting the sponsorships. It’s obvious you are really excited about all of the products and that you work really hard making videos :)
It’s just… comparing this video to other podcasters I watch (Handmade by Florence, NE Knits, future fiber) I found this one very heavy on gifted/affiliate or sponsored products and that makes it hard for me, personally, to feel like I am listening to a friend chatting about knitting. But that’s probably my problem. So you get that coin :)
I really love your energy and video style regardless
