Having a sister of a small size I find it so relatable. She gets judged for that and faces lots of discrimination since a young age. Why majority of the people can't see someone for what he or she is as a person?

I don’t know why someone would have an issue with someone much taller then their partner. Then again, I’m 5 feet tall. Everyone I’m ever going to be with probably is going to be taller then me.
I'm 5'8 and my husband was 5'8.. it was perfect, could look him straight into his eyes.. I don't know where this "men have to be 6'0" has come from.. if I like someone, it doesn't matter if they are shorter, taller or the same height as me.. my friendships don't have height, weight or face limits..
@@einienj3281 the "men must be 6' tall" thing started with the manosphere in approx 2014 from a meme with an obese woman with an "eeew" look on her face in a selfie on a tweet that said "when his height starts with 5 feet" and a guy replied, "when her weight is over 200 lbs". I'm a guy who is 5' 10" and have never experienced this IRL and don't recall it being a big deal prior to that meme going viral.

I feel inspired watching these videos because I believe that true love does not come from your looks. I am also a short person. My ex-boyfriend's family thinks that I'm short, so they don't let us date because he's quite tall and think that because of the difference in height, I'm not suitable for him. What? Oh please, I know it hurts too 😢
Years ago I was friends with this couple, he was 6'3'' and she was 4'9''. Even though they loved each other, their height difference was a very sensitive topic for them and they eventually broke up in part because of it. They felt they weren't a "normal couple", which is sad.

my husband is 6'4" and I am 5'...he is also over 2 decades my senior...we still get the nasty looks from strangers...as they judge...I am also Eurasian and he is caucasian...we have been loving one another for 23 yrs....we have learned to ignore the glaring judgemental looks...these ladies are even smaller than I am...how much more difficult for them being judged!

I actually believe that every one of the small women in this video has something attractive about them and they are all full of love for their man. Looking forward to this youtube channel finding couples where the roles are reversed (regular women with small men). Might be more of a challenge, as women are notorious for finding height an extremely important characteristic.

It's beyond selfish to bring a child into the world knowing they'll inherit a condition which might cause them chronic physical pain, problems fitting into society, and also bullying from their peers.

I agree with you that society is a mess and that although there are many campaigns about accepting "different" people, there's still a lot to be done. Just the idea of thinking of a "perfect society" reminds me of "A brave new world"by Aldous Huxley. Have you read it? Highly recommended. It thrills me.
A kid with a disability or sicknesses can be born in ANY family. Genes have it.
Parents with a condition can have perfectly,healthy kids and if they inherit it, who can be better parents that those that have grown up with it. 🤷🏼♀️

I wouldn’t know. But as it is and as it has been , for as long & as far back as history is understood, there’s no escape. Doesn’t mean the pursuit of a better existence is moot or anyone should give up, if they even could, IMO. But which battles and endeavors truly hold what’s better, in the end? Regardless of what one believes to be better, what actually ends up improving the human condition?

When I was in school
I was among the shortest of the class
When I started high school
I was not even 5ft tall like pretty much all the other males in the whole school
And still had 10 females that I was just about the same height as them and they were still short compared to the rest of the females in the whole school
