    Wish we had more events like this up in New England…th only big one we have is liberty canyon and it’s a 18+ thing. Also I only have like 1 friend in the hobby and he’s not that interested……..

      @@certifiedhistorynerd yeah our Indian summer is gone so it’s upper 40 degree days, and low 30 degree nights….and snow…..

      @@minutemanstudios1338 ya know we might actually get snow this winter, my mom told me that it’s crazy how in her childhood it snowed once in mine its happened 3 times lol

    I never carried my four grenades on the outside … they were carried inside of those amo pouches.
    I carried 24+ M-16 magazines… two taped together for those night ambushes …
    It took me 10 months in 1968 to bag a 30 round magazine…
    One smoke … the PRC 25 for 6 months … 4 canteens … 11# flack jacket …I figured I weighed 155#’s and carried an excess of 80#’s on my back day-in … day-out … your packing so much stuff you look like a fat turtle… 1st Cavalry 1967-68 … got more hole in me than John Kerry …
