I think he will do a video about the business in the future. Hopefully selling a few of these buses though will help him out. He loves them so much that is for sure.

I wish I could afford one of those coaches Lance is selling. I used to drive part time for Peter Pan and another company that did charters and tours. Back then, both companies had MC 8s and 9s, and I can attest to the fact that those busses were " made of iron". They would last foe millions of miles. At 281,000 miles, the bus in this video is barely broken in. I gotta go buy a lottery ticket.

Been thinking of moving up to a stainless bus. Currently have a 96 Fleetwood American Dream 40'. Its a nice bus, but . . . I know the value of these things as long as paper trail is there and this has got it all. Do the PM's and this will be around another 45 yrs.

Since we mostly use our RV to travel to relatives' homes, even for trips less than 100 miles, it would be perfect for us. I just don't have enough income being retired and all. Nice coach.

Sorry to see him have to sell off his buses. I always thought he had too many buses concentrated in one market. I could see this work if in more markets throughout the USA. If I lived in NAPA Valley, I would buy one of his buses. To me these are sight-seeing buses. Have one at each of the popular National Park. Not corporate/event buses. I think of them as a scenic train ride on wheels.

Just a shame that a true bus enthusiast has to give up these buses. Having said that, I'd think that the "executive" style coach might be a little harder to move compared to a straight RV style. I think the price is more than reasonable given the provenance and the recent care that the bus has been given. Best of luck with it.

@@BusGreaseMonkey at that point in the video wasn't he talking about the McDonald's bus? I was thinking that was the folder for the bus Rack Krock gave to the Big Mac inventor....he only was going I to it cause it took was an MCI Custom Coach.
But yes I assume there was way more back then. Being only 42 I do recall as a kid seeing way more Wendy's commercials especially with Dave in them. Of course Dave if still alive (I was thinking I remember seeing he died??) He would be past commercial making age!! But yes all those fast food restaurants have passed their hey day, some more than others.

I am going to have to disagree with his opinion of the H3-45 as mine rides like a Rolls Royce I don’t know what he’s talking about. Any coach can ride bad if the chassis is wore out or bad tires.

I was referring to a seated charter - it was 1/2 full and was relatively new. I’m sure a conversion rides much different with a decent loading of the suspension.
