Thank you Mr. James Dainard! You should have over 1 million subscribers. The amount of detailed information you give in your videos is incredible. I missed out of buying a burned house earlier this year because I thought I would have to have the house totally torn down, and I haven't ever had to have a home torn down before. Some of the details you mentioned in this video I have had to use because I bought a house from a cat hoarder before; so, that's how I know this video is filled with tons of great information! Thanks for the information. Looking forward to future videos!
Thank you so much for your support! We are working hard to get this channel into the monetization realm. We'll have plenty of content coming. Anything you want to see or hear more of?
i have seen a lot of fire damaged homes in tampa fl lately and this was helpful. about to buy the first home w a pool so im learning whats involved with that too
Thank u so much for the video much help!!!!! My boyfriend and I are barley starting out and we just got a project on a condo that had burnt down, can you link in the description what kind of primer he used.
Do you have a particular brand/model you recommend? Doing work in a house with water damage. Removed and treated 90% of all the mold and killz the area. But the house still have a “old” smell.
I dont believe this unit can be brought back up to good shape for 200,000. I would not want 900000 dollars tied up waiting three months for permits either. Not sure about pricing ehen the video eas made but 1.7million seems like an overestimate to potential return.,.,
the amount of really poor information in this video should be criminal. You are advocating putting lip stick on a pig. You are covering a ton of carcinogenic materials that are still present when you are done. These types of renovations keep Industrial Hygienists working. How about structural integrity or the charred framing members. How about the interstitial wall cavity spaces that are contaminated from pressure differentials that occur during the structure fire. You are ignoring a ton or science and contamination putting yourself and all that work on the home at risk. Oh yeah, that is against OSHA regs.
Why are the slacker contractors taking three years and maybe longer for such a little house conpared to this one that I live near? Half the size? I smell something shady with this whole thing. Its just a constant spite fest for the new owner to annoy the neighbors who bas a fetish for contractor mens and their smelly crappy looking trucks.
