    Yea I’m a carpenter been working almost 18 years…
I’m about to investing in fire damaged homes myself.
My whole worries is how hard is it to resell these homes after they’re all remodeled & fixed up?

if you sell it at a fair price you would easily sell it. if it doesn’t sell i bet your asking too much for it

I bought a home that had fire damage in the crawl space in the roof. It happened over 50 years ago and still bought the house. The structural integrity was fine it was more cosmetic. It’s kinda case by case. I plan on living in my home for a very long time but do wonder if it’ll negatively hurt the resale value at some point. Didn’t sway me enough to not buy it tho.

@@theinvestorsedge Good to know that you're no longer walking while talking because your advise is good, but your walking makes it hard to watch. Thank you for the good advise though!

How and where do you get funding to rehab a fire damage house? I've been turned down buy a private lender and hard money lender... Please help

Hey! Like I mentioned in the video, you'll want to figure out the percentage of the house that has been damaged before anything else. The house you're looking to rehab might have too high of a percentage (over 30%), and that's why you're unable to get funding. Where are you from? My company might be able to help you with the property.

Is it a good investment to buy a fire house, demolish it and use the land to build a modular home?
