  • No repetition anti-bloating workout to help you feel much better when your belly is upset and bloated. It is a beginner friendly workout that can be completed anywhere and no equipment is needed. I would recommend waiting for at least 30-40 minutes after eating before doing this workout as it offers a quite quick pace:)
    About the workout:
    - 10 min;
    - No equipment;
    - Helps to reduce bloating;
    - With beeps and a timer for each exercise;
    After the workout you can also stretch, and I would recommend having these foods (it helps me most of the time):
    - turmeric;
    - ginger;
    - lemon;
    - lots of water;
