Really nice work. I appreciate that you replaced the crystal as it's crucial in the function with regards to water resistance. Were the rubber gaskets replacements too? I know it's tough getting parts now unless one is ok with ordering from Russia (I know I'm certainly not). Final product looks amazing. You don't see many people go to the lengths of reluming hands.
Unfortunately, it is too difficult to find gaskets for such watches in my country. Therefore, I wash the gaskets and lubricate them with silicone for greater density. But I don't have a special device to check for tightness. But I would like to.
You changed the bezel. The old one had partialy lost chrome plating, and then the brass was damaged underneath. New bezel has all the chrome on. This is old style bezel and impossible to find new, so either it's NOS which is very hard to come by, or some china copy. You didn't change the seals which compromises the watch usability in real life. You can buy new original replacement parts (seals, crowns, movement parts, glass, etc) from the Vostok factory online shop which is still in business today.
i know But where exactly is it? In the country of the aggressor. Bizel is original. From another watch. And parts are replaced if they are not working, in my case the watch works perfectly for its age.
Quedó de lujo 👍👍👍👍👌👌👌
Thank you
Outstanding video.I have to go with the MAMACOO, especially with that green dial as my favorite

Why not clean the dust off the dial before reassembly?

In the past, much higher quality parts were made than now. Of all the watches I repaired, I made sure of this.
