    Just stopped by to say that I tried this product line because of YOUR review. I have been having a problem with dry/irritated/flaky scalp since I did my big chop in 2015. :( Had been to two dermatologists who suggested I have scalp psoriasis/dermatitis. This product has helped so much. There were times I'd literally cry because the flakes would come back immediately after washing with other products. The prescription shampoos that I was given were extremely damaging and drying to my hair. This stuff has helped me retain moisture and length and also has helped get my scalp chemistry back in line. It's not 100% yet but getting there. I just want to thank you again for recommending a good product that actually works. Haven't seen a vid from you in a bit but hope you are okay and will make more vids.

      @@dominiquereece8545 I had a whole thing typed out but RUclips keeps deleting my comment! Currently, I use a prescription ketoconozole shampoo and the royal oils conditioner. I do like the royal oils shampoo too, but I'm currently in a spot where I need the prescription shampoo more. Using the royal oils conditioner after the prescription shampoo has helped combat the dryness the prescription shampoo causes.
      I've used the scalp soothing foamy stuff and it helps stop itching temporarily so I'm not damaging my skin more with scratching, but it's more temporary relief than a fix.
      I'm still trying to find a way to keep my scalp moisturized. Most of my problem seems to stem from cyclical dryness that causes my skin to be broken and irritated.

      @dominiquereece8545 3 года назад

      @@mcpowerup thank u so much for replying😁 I will check out that shampoo since it works for you, dryness is another side effect of these prescribed shampoos sigh. Does the royals conditioner have slip and help with detangling? The last head and shoulders conditioner i had had no slip and made my hair feel so coarse it was a disaster plus the flakes came back after a month of using it

    • @mcpowerup
      @mcpowerup 3 года назад

      @@dominiquereece8545 yes it has some slip, but I typically just rinse it and follow up with a leave in conditioner that I use for detangling instead. I think maybe it will depend on your hair though. My hair strands are really coarse so they can be a little extra sometimes lol

You need a clean scalp for hair growth and there’s no way to smooth the cuticle to see what needs to be clipped without straightening it. Mechanical damage is the main cause of damage not HEAT. Like sigh if Chazz ever straightens her hair, she will CRY because you will see straight through her SOUL it’s going to be uneven and SEE THROUGH!

    • @Chazzzisawesome
      @Chazzzisawesome  4 года назад +2

      Actually your right. I say African American a lot because that’s who I am. We don’t have much to go off of because our ancestors had their practices and heritage wiped clear do to slavery. Being African American feels like having to learn everything for the first time again with no history of your own so ehhh 🤷🏽‍♀️

    • @giselle1441
      @giselle1441 4 года назад

      @@Chazzzisawesome I mean yeah sure Western standards were forced on African Americans so certain culture was lost, but they're still very prevalent here in Africa. If you look to where your ancestors are from then you'll find all of what was lost during slavery.

    • @CMO0002
      @CMO0002 4 года назад

      Chazzzisawesome That’s not an entirely true or relevant statement. I’m sure a decent portion of your followers are African, Afro-Caribbean or Afro-European and it would be nice for you to include us in your discussions by simply saying “type 4 hair”.
      Also, in recent times, it is possible for you to contact someone from an African country to regain some of this knowledge that was taken from African Americans years ago. It’s easy to forget that that knowledge still exists in Africa. It never left. 🤷🏾‍♀️

    • @Friendpersonkid
      @Friendpersonkid 4 года назад +2

      you know how ridiculous it would be for us to connect with any african culture, a lot of us by now are pretty heavily mixed, there is no real “heritage” to look back to at this point. unless we just decide to pick one at random. cause learning them all would be pretty taxing and either way it would give a bit of an imposter syndrome feeling.

    • @denyshadials5702
      @denyshadials5702 4 года назад +1

      Giselle O
      Not really. The entire African continent has undergone so many changes over the centuries, due to the impact of kidnappings, colonization, and modernization. The cultures that existed before slavery are lost. The countries, peoples, and some languages are still there, but the culture forever is changed.

It only masks the dandruff, it doesn't treat the scalp it simply covers it and the minute you stop using that on your hair the dandruff is gonna come back 10x worse.
