Not only that, but the ex is often mentioned in this video without acknowledging others the listener is actually hoping to connect with. The only things I can agree with are that when we attempt to manifest something, we try to emotionally sperate ourselves from the outcome, knowing that the universe unfolds in the best way possible when we have balanced our own energies. A lot of the other things suggested in this video would be pretty unhealthy, especially when directed at an ex-partner. With ex-partners, it is important to learn from the experience and move on, and using that experience to manifest the next relationship with more alignment and better energy than the previous one.
