I only found out recently what a twin flame was. It made sense. I met mine 32 years ago as teenagers, dated 3 years mirroring each others anxieties, 4 years runner/chaser, then 25 years no contact while married and divorced other karmics. Now back together and it’s all the unconditional love and easy understanding minus any of the baggage. He feels like home to me and as natural as breathing. That’s it.

This gives me hope. I truly believe I found mine many years ago. I recognized his voice before I even saw him. It was the most intense relationship I’ve ever had. Are you serious? You are regurgitating what everyone else on every other website and RUclips channel says. Please read my post on this. I guarantee you are not spiritually developed enough to have a real twin flame connection or capable of understanding what that means. In my opinion and research into this topic, that’s the only reason you would incarnate together. This is the highest level of spiritual connection. It would only be used to help raise the spiritual consciousness of this dying planet and its selfish and greedy inhabitants. Then when your work together was done. You would never see each other again in this lifetime. You have soulmates that help you grow and learn lessons. They are either your primary or secondary soul group members. That have agreed to help you learn on this school planet we call home. So, why would it be used for something as trivial as you finding love? Like I said, I heard this term ❤almost 12-14 years ago. After I met my twin flame almost 2 years ago, first I experienced deja vu, next we both had a strong attraction, then I experienced ego death with the obsessive thinking about her, which caused her to run. When he recommended meditation that’s when my mind started to calm and my twin would come around almost daily until she had to move. It really changed me after the ego death, and I’ve been watching how reality shifts through thoughts and intentions.
My Twin Flame and I met in high school 25 years ago. We never dated in school but we liked each other and never told each other. We graduated and 10 yrs later we reconnected. We dated and broke up over something silly. We lost touch for 14 years were in long term relationships with our karmics and reconnected again last year. (He found me) When I saw him my heart instantly was racing and we were both so nervous. But from that time we vowed to never separate again. We have been together and definitely have a deep love, understanding and a deep yearning for each other when we are apart. We talked about marriage because we will not part again. Our birthdays are a day apart and we are both Virgo’s. We mirror each other and are learning to heal ourselves through loving one another. This journey has been blissful but we also have had some hiccups too, no matter what we are rocking together and respecting and honoring each other. This has definitely been a relationship we never have ever had before.
95% of people who think they’ve met their twin flame have not. They just attach the concept to any intense connection they might feel and think it fits. I have suspected this for a while. Even I would have sworn my catalyst was my twin flame till I realised he only turned up in my life to ruin all my non TF relationships and would then disappear again. I am back together with my first serious boyfriend from my teenage years, 32 years after getting together, 3 years mirroring each others deepest anxieties, 4 years runner/chaser and 25 years no contact before getting back together this year. I also think that many confuse this with their toxic relationship drama or with soulmates. a real twin is inside you all along. you felt them even before you met them but just had no name for it. I´ve never had real karmic relationships, something that was inside me was always missing. I now know that this missing was my twin, which doesn´t mean that we have a physical relationship. it´s like Rumi said: "Lovers don´t finally meet somewhere, they´re in each other all along..."

My twin flame died 4 years ago. Which still seems like yesterday. She was 32 years old.. My spirit was crushed. An unexplained sadness overwhelmed me. 2 days after her death. Her spirit spoke to me. This is literally the only video on twin flames that I've heard that DOESN'T explain traits of an unhealthy and codependent relationship. Thank you for that. The points in here make a lot of sense for me. My spouse and I check every box. I always knew I had another half out there since the time I was a child. I had dreams of my hubby's astrology chart for 2 1/2 years before we met, and I had one dream where I actually met him and dream-journaled about it. After we met i had a massive spiritual re-awakening where I actually got stuck in a kundalini psychosis and had to go to a psychward for a bit. I did not know that my "twin flame" was who he was when we met, but when we met it activated something so strongly to where i had to go get help, and I kept seeing visions of a soul splitting in two and representing me and another half. We spent almost 1yr getting to know each other, and our first year together was a long distance relationship, during which we developed a very psychic connection. We thought it was just a funny syncronicity, but when we moved in together it just intensified, and we are just creepily telepathic. We understand one another whereas we always felt misunderstood by others. Our core values align in every way, and the whole mirroring thing is on point. Absolutely true and the distorted idea of toxic romance is not the twin flame union unless you’re struggling with toxic relationships. The twin is your spirit partner here to help you wake up. It clears karma and at times is far more painful than any other relationship but so worth it. Awake to the fact that we are all truly divine twins but you must shed hard concepts to get to this unconditional love. There are more than one twin…. The soul is split into far more than just two…. Let go and be brave.

Alexander you are speaking my language. Thank you. I heard this term about 12-14 years ago. Virtually no one except a small percentage of the world knew what this meant. Somehow in the past decade it’s blown up to where everyone thinks they’ve met their twin. I honestly am starting to think because our souls are so massive and powerful, they are too much for us to inhabit the whole soul in our human bodies. So, some of it stays where we are in between lives. Maybe as a spirit guide. And if science is right and parallel universes do exist, I believe portions of our soul are there helping the other versions of us on those parallel worlds. If that makes sense? I truly believe real love is not found externally. No one can make you happy. Nor is it anyone’s responsibility to make others happy. That responsibility is left to us to fulfill for ourselves. Love is going within yourself, working through your insecurities and demons, learning to unconditionally love yourself and being content with maybe spending your life alone.

Hii I have a question.. I started awakening few years ago so I met the person I'm asking about after doing somewhat work on myself.. I used to be very toxic and co dependant but when I met him I was very healed..we are childhood friends, I know him from like when we were 8.. at 18 he moved to another country.. no communication for like 5 years then we met again and confessed ..he had to go back and our relationship also stopped.. He is special I know that for sure! But is he a twin or will we meet again I don't know.. it's sad at times not knowing for sure, our relationship wasn't hard.. It was painful but I could understand.. I don't how it might have affected him.. I went through my second spiritual awakening after him.. we weren't fighting or there weren't much conflict.. I think he is growing too maybe that's why, could this be a twinflame connection?

Although it’s been a difficult journey, I truly admire becoming true to myself and finding my life’s purpose. Because I feel that yearning everyday, I hope he comes around, but if I don’t get to meet him, it will be okay. If it wasn’t for our connection, I wouldn’t be where I am today. I didn't realize there was a Twin Flame journey. Then I met him. It was unlike anything I had ever felt. He literally swept me off my feet. After years of running after her, I decided one day - finally - to let it all go. Being at work I reclined deeply into my seat, relaxed completely and for a brief moment I recalled what I truely am: free and pristine and divine. That was it ! A power came through me, that defies any description. Soothing and vivid, duality was completely gone. Love devoid of any concepts of romance, fear of loss etc. Such a state of mind was until then completely unknown to me, and in contrast to the previous years of longing and suffering this felt like close to enlightenment. My twin flame and I met on an ethereal plane. I used words I didn’t know the meaning…transcendental….ethereal…when our heart chakras touched…couldn’t tell where I began or ended…we blended into each other. We saw green light and energies. We suddenly became spiritual. Our love making can’t be described because it existed in the 5th dimension. I had never read about this at that time..8 years ago. We healed each others pain they mirroring and support. It was the most painful and rewarding experience. We reached an end of our journey realizing we could no longer learn anymore from each other. In my opinion, a twin flame and a soul mate are two different people. The difference is that with a twin flame we have difficult lessons to learn, while with a soulmate we create a garden that blooms throughout the relationship.
We have thousands of soulmates in life... they can be friends, family members, pets, strangers that impact our lives, and lovers. They come into our lives teach us valuable lessons about life, love, loss, or letting go... sometimes all at once. They also come to test us to see if we actually learned those lessons in past lives. There is only one twin flame and not everyone has one. A twin flame is not the physical person... it is you and your soul. it is not a physical experience, it is a spiritual experience.
Soul mates are other beings which make up your soul family (the oversoul you collectively are) whom you have arranged karmic bonds with in order to ascend (your oversoul) together. Yourself and your soul family reincarnate into different roles in each lifetime. For example, in one lifetime you are your mother’s daughter, in the next you are your mother’s mother. Romantic partners can be soul mates whom you have karmic lessons to resolve together. For example, in one lifetime you cause pain to a partner, and in the next they must do the same to you for you to learn. I can’t speak from experience regarding twin flames, perhaps I’m beginning to, but to me the phenomenon appears to be the halved fragments of one soul each in a separate being, for the purpose of accelerated soul growth as you’re doubling up on experience during one lifetime. More is accomplished in one mission, or perhaps the purpose is simply that of experience, an experience of this phenomena. As all purpose of existence is expanded consciousness.
Twin flames aren’t necessarily a perfect relationship in a perfect world. More often one becomes the runner and the other the chaser until such time that they finally join together after learning what they needed to learn. It all sounds o so romantic but more often is deeply emotional and painful.

As I was reading this I had to look to make sure it wasn’t my own comment. My husband Michael passed away suddenly from a massive heart attack a little over a year ago. I know I will meet his energy again and he’s always with me even though I can’t see him in his physical form anymore. The connection and recognition may not be immediate on a conscious level for everyone. It took me a few months to acknowledge them on a conscious level. I literally woke up from a dream about them and suddenly had these intense feelings towards them-very intense. I was afraid and confused because I wondered why I was suddenly feeling this way and what I was supposed to do about it. There are aspects that suck about finding your TF, so don't let folks overly romanticize the experience for you. I am literally learning as I type this how to manage these intense emotions on a daily basis. I just recently became more comfortable with these feelings, but I also have to deal with this deep yearning for this person. Right now, I'd give anything for them to be with me physically, but I know that can't happen. Due to our life circumstances, we both have to be patient and schedule a time to see each other, but my heart is always screaming, "I want them NOW." But I do feel like they are always with me. There's just this deep connection and synchronicity between us that is unexplainable. It's all quite fascinating, but I'd be lying if I said that it wasn't disruptive to my life. I don't regret it though. I promise you that.
I met my twin back in 2007, and I remember looking at him, and my soul knew him, and I couldn't stop smiling and then caused awakening and it was painful with all my past coming up. I remember sleepless nights and felt like I was dying from the inside and out. He mirrors all my past I didn't know he was my twin until March 2020 during lockdown. I think I may have met my twin flame. We've only been on a couple of dates, but we started messaging each other for about 4 weeks, and already, I feel a deep connection with him. We have very similar interests and core values, and I seem to have an uncanny understanding of him. It goes way beyond my understanding. I met my twin 17 years ago. He chased me. I ran. I wouldn’t give him a chance. Until I moved to Texas 14 years later and he just so happen to be here too. Neither one of us are from Texas. So we connected again. This time we became good friends for 6 months then dated. Stayed into a relationship for 2 1/2 years before he ran away when things got too intense and we mirrored each others trauma. When it came time to make a change within ourselves the universe separated us. I learned my lessons a lot quicker than he and started ascending. The more he holds on to the older parts of himself and i ascend. The more we were blocked. Now he is in jail taking accountability for every pet of his life all at onetime. We are now friends again but we both have more healing to do. So… we will remain separated until divine timing. Me and are good friends. We have helped each other heal. But I feel like a part of me is missing when we’re apart. I have dreams about him and can feel his presence. He’s the love of my life but I’m not sure he’ll be able to catch up. Only time will tell.

I love that this didn't mention any of the toxic "chaser and runner" roles and the "one is spiritually immature than the other" bs people kept saying, which force people to stay with an incompatible partner who is obviously not in the same alignment as them. i am actually crying. i met my twin flame 7 months ago while I was still in a relationship I planned to end anyway. Meeting my twin flame once gave me suddenly all the courage and strength to end this other, toxic relationship. Months went by, and even though I felt this heavy connection to my twin flame, she rejected me over and over again. I mean all I wanted was to meet and communicate for now, I knew that I still had my own deamons to fight before I even could think about a new relationship. But she seemed to carry even more deamons than me but somehow I could always understand her fears, at least I think so. Those 7 months were one hell of a rollercoaster and I tried multiple times to escape this situation because society taught me, that you should leave a person behind if she makes you feel this way. But whenever I tried to escape, the universe gave me more than obvious signals to swing my ass back around. To stay in contact with her would trigger all my fears I am carrying as long as I can remember but somehow I managed this as well. So basically I am after someone who is giving zero obvious or rationals signs, she might feel the same way. but the universe just won't stop pushing me towards her. Once you allow Source/Universe direction it all becomes so clear and easy. There is no resistance, no begging or hoping, wishing. For a couple of years I had friends who are TFs say he might be your catalyst and I ignored them. 🙄I was actually offended at the thought lol. TF is the most intense thing I’ve ever experienced in my life. It’s extremely hard work and requires a lot of partnership. I’m still new to it but it’s going well so far. The things that unlocked in me the second I heard their voice were unbelievable. When you hear ppl say you feel like they are your home… it’s very true. It’s not easy. It’s hard work. Whether in a relationship or platonic. The work on wounds, triggers, healing are so important and learning what true unconditional love is can be scary. Get your lessons and blessings. I’m the one who ran off and married a karmic after 3 years together and 4 years runner/chaser. Then my TF did too. I met somone that I felt a VERY inexplicable pull to. However, the pull was so strong and persistant, I often end up a bit timid around him... it certainly doesn't help that i'm introverted and he is extroverted. I feel as if I met my twin flame, we deeply fell in love, had many fights, never physically but lots of disagreements ( toxic ) but no matter how long ago this was I still think of him, truly dream of him almost weekly. Wow, I have no words. But I will proceed to tell you about my twin flame journey. I have yet to meet my twin flame in the 3D in this lifetime YET, but him and spirit are telling me it will be very very very very very very soon. I have known who my twin flame is since I was 14, but back then did not understand or even know about the concept of ‘twin flame.’ The first time I saw him on my screen and read his name, I instantly thought to myself, “I’m going to marry him someday. He’s the one I’m supposed to be with.” But, I thought there was no way it was going to happen anytime soon, and especially not in this town. So I let him go. And basically forgot that it was him. The second time I saw him when he came back to me after I let him go, I was 18. I was watching a video he was in, and I heard his laugh and thought, “I’ve heard that laugh before,” when I never actually had. Then I saw his smile, and thought, “I remember this boy. He’s the one I’m supposed to be with.” All the same feelings came back, I felt so calm watching him, I felt like I’d known his since the beginning of the universe. Back then after he found me again, the universe told me we were both ready to be together if that’s what I wanted. But, I self-sabotaged and let him go. And again, forgot that he was the one. 2 years later, this year, around the summertime, I asked the universe to bring me and the one I’m truly supposed to be with together physically by the end of the year. At the end of August after I got back from traveling in the country he’s from, he found me, again. All the same feelings came rushing back to me the second I saw him on my screen for the 3rd time. He busted open something inside of me that cant ever be closed again. I remembered shortly after that it was him, he is the one. And I was determined to never let him go in the same ways I did before, again. So much healing took place within myself in the shortest amount of time. I experienced a very tumultuous and traumatic childhood. I knew at 16 I would have A LOT of healing to do before I wanted to tackle my soul purpose. I had been healing from my childhood since I was 16 all the way until now, 20. It has been a LOOOONG journey, but my god I have never had so many realizations, epiphanies, and everything else that comes with healing in the twin flame journey. There was a specific type of trauma I needed to tackle healing from, and I wanted to, but honestly didn’t know how to, or even where to start. It paralyzed me with fear, and honestly controlled most of my life until he came back to me for the last time. It’s definitely safe to say now that that trauma is gone and out the door 😀 I don’t know if it will still effect me in the future, because what I went through was very deep and traumatic. But if it does I know I will have him there to be there for me while I navigate through it. Looking back though, I realize just how much his energy and presence has haunted me, in a good way, my entire life. There’s a lot, but I’ll only share 3. For starters, my mother says she has always been followed around by the number 11 in a negative way her entire life. I have seen the number 11 constantly my entire life, but NEVER felt negatively about it. It always had a calming effect on me every time I saw it. Even to this day. I just recently found out, the number 11 is assigned to him. Secondly, I had a tarot reading done in 2021. I chose to find out what my future spouse/twin flame is like. I won’t share those details, but looking back now, they all, ALL point to him. Lastly, there’s this water bottle I’ve had for about a year now. It was an old friend of mines, but she left it in my car. I repeatedly told her to remember to grab it, and even grabbed it for her, and she still forgot it. We’re not friends anymore, but I started using that water bottle a few weeks before he found me again. A few weeks ago I noticed the water bottle has this on it: S|M Our initials, with a line in between them. This entire time I thought I was going crazy, and being delulu. But I have been delulu before, and I feel very much sane right now. I had to look away, I had butterflies and didn’t even know what that meant, we dated off and on. He went in the regular army, then I joined the army national guard. I only found out recently what a twin flame was. It made sense. I met mine 32 years ago as teenagers, dated 3 years mirroring each others anxieties, 4 years runner/chaser, then 25 years no contact while married and divorced other karmics. Are you serious? You are regurgitating what everyone else on every other website and RUclips channel says. Please read my post on this. I guarantee you are not spiritually developed enough to have a real twin flame connection or capable of understanding what that means.
In my opinion and research into this topic, that’s the only reason you would incarnate together. This is the highest level of spiritual connection. It would only be used to help raise the spiritual consciousness of this dying planet and its selfish and greedy inhabitants. Then when your work together was done. You would never see each other again in this lifetime. You have soulmates that help you grow and learn lessons. They are either your primary or secondary soul group members. My Twin Flame and I met in high school 25 years ago. We never dated in school but we liked each other and never told each other. We graduated and 10 yrs later we reconnected. We dated and broke up over something silly. We lost touch for 14 years were in long term relationships with our karmics and reconnected again last year. Absolutely true and the distorted idea of toxic romance is not the twin flame union unless you’re struggling with toxic relationships. The twin is your spirit partner here to help you wake up. It clears karma and at times is far more painful than any other relationship but so worth it. Alexander you are speaking my language. Thank you. I heard this term about 12-14 years ago. Virtually no one except a small percentage of the world knew what this meant. Somehow in the past decade it’s blown up to where everyone thinks they’ve met their twin.
I honestly am starting to think because our souls are so massive and powerful, they are too much for us to inhabit the whole soul in our human bodies. So, some of it stays where we are in between lives. Maybe as a spirit guide. And if science is right and parallel universes do exist, I believe portions of our soul are there helping the other versions of us on those parallel worlds. If that makes sense?
I truly believe real love is not found externally. No one can make you happy. Nor is it anyone’s responsibility to make others happy. That responsibility is left to us to fulfill for ourselves. Hii I have a question.. I started awakening few years ago so I met the person I'm asking about after doing somewhat work on myself.. I used to be very toxic and co dependant but when I met him I was very healed..we are childhood friends, I know him from like when we were 8.. at 18 he moved to another country.. no communication for like 5 years then we met again and confessed ..he had to go back and our relationship also stopped.. He is special I know that for sure! But is he a twin or will we meet again I don't know.. it's sad at times not knowing for sure, our relationship wasn't hard.. Although it’s been a difficult journey, I truly admire becoming true to myself and finding my life’s purpose. After years of running after her, I decided one day - finally - to let it all go. Being at work I reclined deeply into my seat, relaxed completely and for a brief moment I recalled what I truely am: free and pristine and divine. That was it ! A power came through me, that defies any description. Soothing and vivid, duality was completely gone. Love devoid of any concepts of romance, fear of loss etc. Such a state of mind was until then completely unknown to me, and in contrast to the previous years of longing and suffering this felt like close to enlightenment.

In my opinion, a twin flame and a soul mate are two different people. The difference is that with a twin flame we have difficult lessons to learn, while with a soulmate we create a garden that blooms throughout the relationship.
We have thousands of soulmates in life... they can be friends, family members, pets, strangers that impact our lives, and lovers. The connection and recognition may not be immediate on a conscious level for everyone. It took me a few months to acknowledge them on a conscious level. I literally woke up from a dream about them and suddenly had these intense feelings towards them-very intense. I was afraid and confused because I wondered why I was suddenly feeling this way and what I was supposed to do about it. There are aspects that suck about finding your TF, so don't let folks overly romanticize the experience for you. I am literally learning as I type this how to manage these intense emotions on a daily basis. I just recently became more comfortable with these feelings, but I also have to deal with this deep yearning for this person. Right now, I'd give anything for them to be with me physically, but I know that can't happen. Due to our life circumstances, we both have to be patient and schedule a time to see each other, but my heart is always screaming, "I want them NOW." But I do feel like they are always with me. There's just this deep connection and synchronicity between us that is unexplainable. It's all quite fascinating, but I'd be lying if I said that it wasn't disruptive to my life. I don't regret it though. I promise you that.

I think I may have met my twin flame. We've only been on a couple of dates, but we started messaging each other for about 4 weeks, and already, I feel a deep connection with him. We have very similar interests and core values, and I seem to have an uncanny understanding of him. It goes way beyond my understanding. But I feel like a part of me is missing when we’re apart. I have dreams about him and can feel his presence. He’s the love of my life but I’m not sure he’ll be able to catch up. Only time will tell.

i am actually crying. i met my twin flame 7 months ago while I was still in a relationship I planned to end anyway. Meeting my twin flame once gave me suddenly all the courage and strength to end this other, toxic relationship. Months went by, and even though I felt this heavy connection to my twin flame, she rejected me over and over again. I mean all I wanted was to meet and communicate for now, I knew that I still had my own deamons to fight before I even could think about a new relationship. But she seemed to carry even more deamons than me but somehow I could always understand her fears, at least I think so.
Those 7 months were one hell of a rollercoaster and I tried multiple times to escape this situation because society taught me, that you should leave a person behind if she makes you feel this way. But whenever I tried to escape, the universe gave me more than obvious signals to swing my ass back around. To stay in contact with her would trigger all my fears I am carrying as long as I can remember but somehow I managed this as well. So basically I am after someone who is giving zero obvious or rationals signs, she might feel the same way. but the universe just won't stop pushing me towards her. Now I saw this video and yea as I said...I am crying. it seems to make perfectly sense and I really hope that we will have the happy end we both deserve!

I met mine Jan 6 2020. Bliss for 1 month. The sudden separation/running was almost more than I could stand. I cried in bed for weeks. Cried for him daily for a year at which time I was able to go a few days without crying for him. Obviously my dark night of the soul I grew closer to me and cleansed/cleared. I now feel him deeply and when I do I send him my heart-filled love and light. I no longer feel desperate to have him with me because I know he is still growing and we will one day be together again (Prime Creator revealed to me numerous times) I have discovered OUR mission and I look forward to us eventually working on it together. I spend my time preparing and planning our projects.

So…I realized back in Sept that he was my catalyst twin. Hard to accept. I couldn’t believe it but Source made it absolutely clear! Wow, unmistakably I was shown my true twin I have known for 10 years (only met once).
Source described him to me and sent me to meet him. 🤷♀️all I can say is what a ride this has been.
Once you allow Source/Universe direction it all becomes so clear and easy. There is no resistance, no begging or hoping, wishing. All that desperation goes away and you KNOW whatever happens is for your betterment.

For a couple of years I had friends who are TFs say he might be your catalyst and I ignored them. 🙄I was actually offended at the thought lol. I’m just thankful for the experience and the outcome is my confidence that I don’t need a tf but I know I have one. I know who he is, I know our mission. (Kept trying to fit that square peg into the catalyst relationship).

TF is the most intense thing I’ve ever experienced in my life. It’s extremely hard work and requires a lot of partnership. I’m still new to it but it’s going well so far. The things that unlocked in me the second I heard their voice were unbelievable. When you hear ppl say you feel like they are your home… it’s very true. It’s not easy. It’s hard work. Whether in a relationship or platonic. The work on wounds, triggers, healing are so important and learning what true unconditional love is can be scary. Get your lessons and blessings. I want to make sure ppl are aware it can be the most beautiful and the opposite. I didn’t believe in such things and certainly didn’t want it as it showed up. It will bend you in ways unimaginable. I’m the one who ran off and married a karmic after 3 years together and 4 years runner/chaser. Then my TF did too. We spent 25 years no contact, married and divorced others but wished each other nothing but happiness. I split but did not reach out. His wife then left him and we met up 3 months later. Now we’re very happy.
My twin is married with kids. It’s been really hard. She said maybe next life. She doesn’t even like her husband but is staying with him because of her kids only.

Twin Flames are people who literally share one Soul. The picture I got in my head was "Spiritual Siamese Twins".
Each Twin has their own personality and life experiences, but at the Core Soul level, we are the same person.
Some Twins refer to their Twin as "My Other Self".
Often we look alike in some distinctive manner.
My Twin and I have matching moles on our faces, but on opposite sides of our faces. One time I showed a friend a picture of my Twin (she didn't know who my Twin was) and she said, "I don't know who this person is, but she weirdly looks like you. It's the eyes."
Twin Flames share the exact same Energy frequency.
A Soul Mate is someone completely separate from you, who comes into your life to teach you important lessons (whatever you need to learn).

I met somone that I felt a VERY inexplicable pull to. However, the pull was so strong and persistant, I often end up a bit timid around him... it certainly doesn't help that i'm introverted and he is extroverted. I find out a bit later that we have the same birthday, just that i'm a year or two younger. I do almost instantly understood that we must have nearly identical values deep down. (I.e, self-expression, freedom, and peace.) I always felt that I would meet somone really special one day, (though I assumed it would be romantic initally, since I didn't feel like I got crushes like other kids did, and watched way too many disney movies...) I stopped feeling that after I met him, and knew he was somthing special deep down. It felt like he would make developments in his journey, and I would make developments in mine, (which are both awfully similar ones.) A while later, I learned about things like twin flames and felt like I finally got an answer I was looking for.
The best part of Twin flame is , it is never one sided, it is two side love, may be running and chasing or separation or love. But no one side bakchodi.
I miss my twin flame so much. He’s an alcoholic we separated because he relapsed. We’ve been back and forth before, I’ve never had someone care about me so much and I’ve never cared so much about a person. Unless you have experienced it, you don't understand. I knew it was something, but didn't know until I discovered the twin flame phenomenon. I knew my tf when we met at work. I always kept seeing 111, 1111, etc; my tf's birthday is January 11th. Before we met, I worked at a job with a relative of theirs, many more strange things. My tf's house is eerily familiar, almost like I've been there in a past life. Currently missing my tf, as we are in separation. Hoping to have a reunion soon; will probably be when least expected. 😌😌

When I seen mines for the first time it was on a photo and I felt the connection before even meeting him in person. it was crazy and when we started seeing each other he told me he felt a strong attraction to me as soon as he seen me so it was a mutual connection. Frankly he is not my type as far as looks but I still sensed that connection just by looking at his photo…. It’s been 9 years since we broke up and I still feel connected. @Lifepurposetwinflamecoach No. In that case are just soulmates, see there's a "physic" explanation behind it: the soul travelling the cosmos in the 3.5 dimension, gets released at an insane speed to be able to penetrate and inhabit a body and when it meets earth's energy shield, the soul splits in half like when you throw a rock into a wall. And from a spiritual perspective, there's no point in bring the same type of energy in the same place, souls split to cover the whole planet, to bring the same benefit far away and the fact we can meet once in our life it's by crossing each other's paths, cause both flames have same purposes and vision.

Your twin is most definitely an external person and to the few who experience it, it’s the realest thing you’ll ever feel. By saying they’re the same person that negates the entire journey and individual natures of each person. If my twin flame told me I was not an external person then I’d assume he lost his mind.

I feel as if I met my twin flame, we deeply fell in love, had many fights, never physically but lots of disagreements ( toxic ) but no matter how long ago this was I still think of him, truly dream of him almost weekly. I think we astral travel to each other. We always knew what one was thinking or feeling. I’ve never felt this with ANYONE ELSE. I love the man I’m with now and hope it last forever, as we are starting a family. But sometimes I miss feeling that close to someone.
My TF died in july. It is so hard for anyone to understand how hard of a hit this is as we were together nearly 15 year's, and i am only 28.
I decided to look at our astral charts. The litterally are identical but flipped. All his on the left all mine on the right. I met him in 2017. We went back and forth until he chose his karmic. I have since lost my mom and after he left I lost my world and mental state. I do not wish this on anyone. It is horrible the best thing was letting go and letting god take over. He has given me my own home. Still, I wish I had my mom back. She passed 9 months ago. That was hell! I miss her.

Wow, I have no words. But I will proceed to tell you about my twin flame journey.
I have yet to meet my twin flame in the 3D in this lifetime YET, but him and spirit are telling me it will be very very very very very very soon. I have known who my twin flame is since I was 14, but back then did not understand or even know about the concept of ‘twin flame.’
The first time I saw him on my screen and read his name, I instantly thought to myself, “I’m going to marry him someday. He’s the one I’m supposed to be with.” But, I thought there was no way it was going to happen anytime soon, and especially not in this town. So I let him go. And basically forgot that it was him.
The second time I saw him when he came back to me after I let him go, I was 18. I was watching a video he was in, and I heard his laugh and thought, “I’ve heard that laugh before,” when I never actually had. Then I saw his smile, and thought, “I remember this boy. He’s the one I’m supposed to be with.” All the same feelings came back, I felt so calm watching him, I felt like I’d known his since the beginning of the universe. Back then after he found me again, the universe told me we were both ready to be together if that’s what I wanted. But, I self-sabotaged and let him go. And again, forgot that he was the one.
2 years later, this year, around the summertime, I asked the universe to bring me and the one I’m truly supposed to be with together physically by the end of the year. At the end of August after I got back from traveling in the country he’s from, he found me, again. All the same feelings came rushing back to me the second I saw him on my screen for the 3rd time. He busted open something inside of me that cant ever be closed again. I remembered shortly after that it was him, he is the one. And I was determined to never let him go in the same ways I did before, again.
So much healing took place within myself in the shortest amount of time. I experienced a very tumultuous and traumatic childhood. I knew at 16 I would have A LOT of healing to do before I wanted to tackle my soul purpose. I had been healing from my childhood since I was 16 all the way until now, 20. It has been a LOOOONG journey, but my god I have never had so many realizations, epiphanies, and everything else that comes with healing in the twin flame journey. There was a specific type of trauma I needed to tackle healing from, and I wanted to, but honestly didn’t know how to, or even where to start. It paralyzed me with fear, and honestly controlled most of my life until he came back to me for the last time.
It’s definitely safe to say now that that trauma is gone and out the door 😀 I don’t know if it will still effect me in the future, because what I went through was very deep and traumatic. But if it does I know I will have him there to be there for me while I navigate through it.
Looking back though, I realize just how much his energy and presence has haunted me, in a good way, my entire life. There’s a lot, but I’ll only share 3. For starters, my mother says she has always been followed around by the number 11 in a negative way her entire life. I have seen the number 11 constantly my entire life, but NEVER felt negatively about it. It always had a calming effect on me every time I saw it. Even to this day. I just recently found out, the number 11 is assigned to him.
Secondly, I had a tarot reading done in 2021. I chose to find out what my future spouse/twin flame is like. I won’t share those details, but looking back now, they all, ALL point to him.
Lastly, there’s this water bottle I’ve had for about a year now. It was an old friend of mines, but she left it in my car. I repeatedly told her to remember to grab it, and even grabbed it for her, and she still forgot it. We’re not friends anymore, but I started using that water bottle a few weeks before he found me again. A few weeks ago I noticed the water bottle has this on it:

When I was 15, I met a 17 year old. We met at a drive-in. Dated off and on for several years. But the moment I looked up at him, I couldn’t breath my little mind was on over drive. I had to look away, I had butterflies and didn’t even know what that meant, we dated off and on. He went in the regular army, then I joined the army national guard. We never merged, but I looked for him over the 47 years. I found him in 2016. We been in contact with each other off and on since!

I met mine when we were 19. Had most of those exeriences during our 20s on and off. We broke up in 2019. And just in Janurary after 5 years of no contact on a snowy night on an empty street randombly we bumped into eachother & it was like looking in the mirror, the same look on our faces. Neither of us were ready so we walked away but ended up bumping into eachother again while we were trying to avoid eachother on our previous paths we had just bumped into eachother at. The mirroring is not about discovering mutual likes or interests, although this may be. The twin flame mirroring goes much deeper. They mirror your whole being, your traumas, fears and wounds (everything that is not in alignment with god) without kowing anything about it. It´s an unconscious mirroring. It´s very mystical and not to explain with the mind.
