The clock numbers is about how fast you get to it after creating the save file (in minutes)
30 = 0.5 hour
90 = 1.5 hour
300 = 5 hour
So yeah, you can't do anything about it, i don't think.

Yeah this is an unfortunate element of this playthrough that I mentioned could be a possibility but couldn't know for sure without the internet's help.

@@pluggedintogaming Also, remember that chest in the room with skulls? Those skulls represent your deaths, and to get the chest, you need to get there deathless.
