OR just open a candle. one candle opened distracts crabs for everyone there so anyone playing it distracts them for everyone. so if crabs are randomly charging at nothing and theres a memory candle nearby, thats why :) FOR EDEN: THERE ARE MULTIPLE SHORTCUTS AND MAKE SURE YOU GET BOTH CUTSCENES. the shortcut in the second section of eden is actually harder than other ways. if you jump through the wall, fly STRAIGHT and into the clouds, go out of glide mode and fly up, then follow the the outside of the clouds,then up again. if your camera is facing the map GO RIGHT. flying this way (STAY HIGH UP NEXT TO CLOUDS) you will get the the side of the tunnel. there will be a square of water. land in this and there will be a gap into the PNR tunnel. to get to the entrance of the tunnel once in GO LEFT. hope this helps
@silverduk not the people that are on the ground and just died. Even when just managing to stand a single hit from a red crab does alot more damge than a normal crab. Deep calling around red shards is a bad idea in general, ypu can still get caught off guard by flying rocks or crabs
@Felix-ih4qk if you light a person or have a friend. Tapping on them opens a 'friendship tree' if you press on the add button or a not yet unlock friendship item it will bring out a white candle. (Note: if its someone you dont have added and you press the add button to bring one out just press 'X' youll still hold it out) it recharges alot faster
@@QueenSoniaLover Why would you even go through the extra trouble of clicking a friendship node???? Literally the fastest and non-cost way is to simply open the menu and tapping the fire icon. How did you not know this?
One more tip: At the top Vault floor, once the 4 lanterns are lit and you've sat/meditated, go home and then resume. It will teleport you to the very top instead of needing the slow mantas, flying or rocketing.
This is also true for the "teleport points" in Eden (before the point of no return)! Eden has several of these invisible points were it drops you after you teleported home and back. Most of the time you lose ground, but not always! Example: if you fly up the tower with the three krills instead of using the stairs, chances are you might run out of light. If you at least made it close to the pipe you need to fly to and then make an emergency landing somewhere (or just fall) and teleport home, there is a slight chance that upon teleporting back you will be dropped further ahead than you were.

Then just use the clouds to fly all the way across to the winged light cave. (Outside on the side of the cave is a floating square of water. Flap onto its roof, hop beneath that red barrier piece that's tucked between the roof and some clouds, walk towards the glowing red ball, tap X two times on the prompt, and you're in. Free to grab the rest of the winged lights and either go past the point of no return, or go home.)

Another nice camera trick I like to call the "screenshot catapult": If you are currently touching/riding one of the creatures in Sky and take a screenshot in the right moment, the game likes to glitch out and catapult you to high heaven. Why? Because taking a screenshot always causes a tiny bit of lag, which in turn screws with your sky kid's "float" physics caused by some of the spirit creatures. Where does this work? 1.) MANTAS = very easy to do and success rate is high. This works on any manta, but let me explain this with the spirit mantas that carry you to the top of the Vault, since they are especially useful here. Once you ride on one of the mantas, move the camera underneath the manta so that you can look through our transparent friend from below. Now take a screenshot. The slight lag caused by the screenshot will turn your peaceful floating experience into a cannonball and you will be catapulted upwards, very likely past the highest level of the vault. Then you can majestically float down (I like to do that with an open umbrella to feel like Mary Poppins) and collect the candles long before anyone else even arrives. Make sure to not trigger this right underneath the floating island above, because that will only lead to a collusion and you having to fly up again under your own power, which is shameful. 2.) A little trickier and not always successful. The glowing mushrooms in the forest. They cause the same thing, but not with 100% certainty. Float on one of the mushrooms, move the camera below it, take a screenshot. If it works, you are now catapulted into the sky above the forest. Neat, but... useless XD 3.) The glowy schools of fish on the abyss map. Very hard to pull off and results vary! Swim towards the group of fish, wait until they swirl around you to heal you - then take the screenshot while the swirl-healing is happening. But be careful! In the rare cases this works, the results may not be what you expect. Sometimes this torpedo-s you into the cave below the map (where the abyss creature is), sometimes it cannonballs you through the air and you land in a heap on the rocky shore. OUCH.
0:45 the size of your skykid will affect whether or not you can go through the holes in the first door. if you are taller than average, you won't be able to go through any holes, and if you're chibi you can go through all of the larger gaps not mentioned here edit: okay so i proved myself wrong- i tried it as almost max height and managed to get through, but it was def harder and i still didnt fit through the smallest hole. 3:20 you can also do this trick by spiralling up with the gliding fly mode, and if you time it right you can do it with only 7 wedges. so, uh, I proved myself double-wrong? because recently I can't get through the top of the door anymore either lol

The main reason of the bug wheb trying to open the doors are because of players flying above , try lighting the gate and someone skip it you will notice your candle will be gone and you need to light it again. Skipping doors looks great but not for moths/moff who cant
Note for the vault flying skip: I've only gotten it to work going from the 3rd to the 4th floor. And if you fly in a circle-ish kinda pattern, you only need 5-6 flaps to succeed.
You can do the first one if the doors don’t work, otherwise, it’s unnecessary. But I still do it to show off lol (4:08 side note, I’ve learned to befriend the regular crab’s just by being patient! If they try to attack you just honk a few times. But don’t deep call cause then they’ll fall over)

I hope you don’t mind me advertising this other video but, for the eden glitch I haven’t tried your way, but this is how I always do it and it seems a lot easier because you had to have infinite flight and it looked very complex. The video is very nice for if you are doing Eden alone- ruclips.net/video/UhA8MOsOu1E/видео.html Also this glitch will work on your friend if they are holding your hand or piggybacking, they will be teleported with you and they will not have to press the X twice. The video has a MISTAKE I think, so the video will talk about a white line thing and you will go up to the rocks, stay in that little crevasse about the white line do not go any higher, go by the clouds and there should be a little space between the clouds and the rock, go there, if a red barrier is stopping you, go back out of the cave entrance and go back in because the barrier is high up and you just have to go down more so I don’t recommend flying into it. So sorry if I’m bad at explaining I hope someone find this comment and see it as helpful. try increasing the resolution/framerate. you can find the option in the settings>graphics menu, it looks like a battery and its the only option on mobile note: 5 months ago really?

For the eden trick if you fly into the clouds and get high enough you can then fly straight down to the tunnel and you don’t run the risk of getting stuck behind an invisible wall. I got stuck behind one doing it the way you did and it felt bad 🥲

I think everyone can dodge a few crabs, so deep calling to regen isn’t that bad, and even if you get hit you have will usually just bounce back
