Maybe they meant accurate as in that we have a sense of gravity, like we start to fly to the ground if we dont use wings and such, but "accurate" in reference to our world is not accurate xD
Um , wind blow our skykid body , crab attacking , krill attacking, we fall but sometimes slow sometimes fall faster 🤣 and everything are soft during landing from flying or fall or jump 👍🏻
Another good addition to doubtful physics is sliding upwards on a slope lol

My personal theory about the crabs are that they are irritated by light, that's why when they see us since we emit light, they attack to get rid of the light. That's also the reason why the friendly crabs don't attack because they are constantly exposed to light, therefore making them get used to it. Its just a theory tho.......... A GAME THEORY.

Actually, notice that the crabs that attack you have darkness on them (little black particles). They are infected. I think crabs are supposed to be neutral creatures. This also could explain the crab firepit in Wasteland isn't to eat them but actually to burn off the darkness. Maybe.
Or that they're lacking on lights so that's the reason why every time they're attacking you, you'll lose one of your lights each time they attacks?
The friendly crabs' color is black, but the crabs' color that will attack you is white, the two have a different colors than each other, and I guess the reason why the friendly crab's color is black is that they've been exposed to lights too much to the point of darkening their skin.

Okay so the crabs are probably Infected by endn bc in endn you see the big star and you have to save the Frozen sky kids that have those Particles so the crabs are trying to free themselves bc they don't have any light there Plus when you beep they flipped over so they may not even like the light also
My sister thought that the crabs may be trapped like the Frozen sky children in endn and that's why they Attack you

My own theory is that the crabs are baby krills cause they attack you like the krills
not only the cape doesn't cast a shadow, but all of your cosmetics don't either, sky children lose all of their cosmetics when they have no light, so it means that all their cosmetics are made of light as well
Fun fact: did you know that while you’re flying into the orbit (when spirits and your friends appear), you can tap on yourself and honk aggressively. You can then hear you skykid singing along to the music

This effect was reused in the season of aurora! With thousands of people honking together it was easier to hear it rather than have only yourself honk multiple times

I don't know if this is considered as an unknown detail, but the bell that you can hear while you are crossing the door in orbit is the same that sounds in Isle when you are flying to the temple
Considering the stages of life thing, that's makes sense!
A chime sound during reborn, after that you can skip the Orbit Cinematic to get that bonus 1 Wing Light and Red Candle 👍🏻🤩
@@sijorojasjrchannel5340 the more spirits you ascend, the more WL you retrieve at the end of Orbit. I believe I have 80 now when I am reborn. The way you phrased things, made it seem like you have not ascended many spirits in your Constellation. I apologize if I misunderstood, my comment was intended to be helpful.
I had my suspicions about the candle but I never thought nor stop to think about the core, could that mean that the red candles are actually past children of light 😱😱😱😱

Fun Fact : You can tell a crab is friendly if it is clean / aka has no darkness bits on it.
I actually never knew those crabs in sanctuary were friendly, that's nice! Also I really love the fact that they added the sound of a heartbeat when holding someone's hand. It's so subtle but I love the detail and that they even thought of adding that
my moth friend just told me about the heartbeat thing today, but I couldn't hear it!

There is also one more detail. When the cape rechargers. You can see feather like shapes forming.
also it changes to other things for different capes like with the fish cape it's scales and some capes have fur etc

The two colours red and blue have been there since sky's first beta release.
Originally it was a race between red and blue butterfly teams.
With the new 2nd race added in live I believe tgc paid a homage to this race by having both races reference the two teams.

A little correction, the symbol of the emblem of prophecy represents "the light"and also the prince/king of sky lore.

I remember noticing that pretty much all of the crabs, except for the friendly ones in Sanctuary, are white. Even the ones you save from the bonfire are. Since the Sanctuary crabs are a much darker gray, and are also the only ones living in the sunlight, it makes me think they might be getting crab suntans!
For the crabs, When I was a moth. I went in the Sanctuary Island and found friendly crabs. They're very neutral to me but not attacking until now, I still love crabs
There are also friendly crabs next to the Wasteland bonfire that gives you candle wax
I loved crabs once I learned I could pick them up 😚😚
9:22 changing pants also changes the size of our skykid's heads and hands!
There's something I know, it's stupid but interesting. Before enter the third phase of eden (when the children statues are there waiting for giving wl), on the final portal of the cave, you can hear no music, but it hears a low chord singing deeply into the eden's wind. I know if itsounds creepy but it's so curious btw (i thought it was music but the bgm volume was on 0 and you can check it if you shut the effects sounds off).

As a two month long player, a lot of these facts are super fascinating. There's a lot of these I had no idea about
About Vault's secret area…it also sometimes opens during certain events, like the Sky's 3rd anniversary event thats gonna be happening on the 18th of June I think (theres more info in your info box, double click top right corner, click the gear button, then info box) so remember to check the secret area on the 18th!
Did you know that above the door to the forest temple, there is a mask that was a part of one of the Forest Elder's original designs!
The red and blue colours in Valley may be a reference to the competitive nature of the twins.
Especially with in the time of Light Awaits, there was time where the races would put skykids into teams and the winninng team gets their colour displayed in the coliseum for a while.
This apparantly later on removed to prevent skykids from being too competitive and made the races that winning/losing the race would not matter and all skykids racing would be rewarded all the same.

I've been playing for almost 2 years and I never realized those candles were smile shaped, how tf did I miss that?? I knew all the ones related to actual gameplay and storyline but I missed alot of the finer details :/

Now that you say that the cape is made of light so it doesn't cast a shadow... Does that mean the krill cape casts a shadow since krills represent the darkness? I don't know since I've rarely see videos of it.
I think it’s probably still made of light- if you had no wing you’d be capeless, and when you collect your first light, your cape forms- so it’s probably just made to look like darkness, rather than actually being made of darkness in the sky lore; but that’s a really interesting point!! 🤔✨
I know many but this with the twins are really good! How cool tgc thought about something like this. That each realm's present life came to my mind too! The first birth, second childhood, third maybe the problems in life, fourth dying(?) and the last is each realm again in different levels, like on the way to be reborn. And Eden is the rebirth. That makes so much sense now!
there is another! in Prairie temple, flying up to where one goes to forest, fly straight up and then land to one side. This part is a remnant of the alpha version, I like to stop there sometimes, and think how many things are being remembered and introduced by the devs from earlier versions to our actual sky
For the 1st one, the butterfly emote, if you’re missing light but don’t like getting lifted by the butterflies by the deep honk, just do that emote and the lil guy will recharge you 🤗
Imma be real, I was expecting the crazy glitch that can happen if you keep trying to move when you "die" in Eye of Eden somewhere, but I suppose this vid was about lore/intentional things.
That and the out-of-bounds cheat in Eden are wacky as hecc.
It’s so weird how all the “casual” things were things that I learned as a moth, but all the “moth” things were things I just found out recently. Fun video, btw! It was super cool to learn new stuff about the game.
Really nice video! I knew all of them, except for the new spot to measure our height.
I would have add one more: in room like orbit where the ground is like a mirror, when the sky kid hold a candle, the sky kid will have a reflection but not the candle.
Edit: A few more things I would have add.
Home: Constellations for each realms, they represent an item of the olders. And if you can find the right angle for the camera when you are next to the door of this realm, you can see the constellation behind.
Friends constellations, (I'm not an expert so there can be mistake) The first one is a crown it's Cassiopeia, second is an umbrella and it's Cygnus, third is a manta and it's Ursa minor, fourth is a lyra and same name irl, fifth is a lantern and I was not really able to find the one it is, sixth is a crabe and it's Cancer. There are all in the Northern hemisphere, except for the fifth which I can't really identify.
The place to look at constellation is now divided into two parts, the one to see the friends constellations is represented with three sky kids, and for the realms constellations it's a cape.
Prairie: The Fairy ring we can find in the central part with the three bells, where it appears depend to certain hours which I don't remember...
Forest: Mentioning Grandma
It rains a couple days per week in the treehouse even when you finish all the quests, if I remember well it was because people wanted it to hear the rain again
The stone that can give you one heart, just one time, in the social space
Golden Wasteland: The catapult you can use in the cemetery
The big fish you can see when coming there crossing the clouds sea
The fact we can still access the place of the last mission of the Abyss season, and still see the black creature there
Access to the Switch hub
The cool place in the little Prince season, a tunnel through the clouds you can find next to the astronomer platform (if I remember well). A little place with nice view on the moon there, not always well know.
In the office, the toilet krill you can invoke during Halloween. And the MIR station you can access sometimes.
In the Ark the spell shop you can find here all the time, not like the boat at home which only appear from time to time
Vault: Only place where you can't change your appearance
Each levels represent the precedents realms
Eden: In orbit the Megabird you can see when crossing the light door and before the end credits
In orbit the same stone that can give you one heart like in the forest
Other: Props: the one that you can light and can regenerate you, the lantern and fireworks stick that can allow you to see better in dark places
When you're afk for 10-15 min the skykid that fell asleep with little zzz effect
The hand emote that show someone need helps to find spirits, the new emote that show someone lose a wl
There is certainly more, but that's all I can think for the moment

Yes!! I noticed the friend constellations from real life (i’m kind of a space nerd 😆)

I didn't know only ab friendly crabs, tho I noticed em sometimes, the stages of life as the realms, the friends heartbeat and that the candle light is out core/heart (dang that explain why we can't light stuff if we lost the light)
Did you know the maximum height of a skykid is 3"10. And the minimum is 2'2. Meaning your skykid is around 3ft tall. Wich are the achual size of like 3-5yr olds, and the krill are 69ft. Long, wich is pretty insane

You can actually know if the crab is nice or not. Just keep an eye out for the darkness sarrounding the evil crab. If it doesn't have it, it is nice.

I just didnt know 2. Veteran difficulty. The height and the candle coming from skykid's chest. Height bc i nvr changed mine, ever... yet. Probably nvr. Who knows. And the light bc i just didn't know XD that literally blowsss my mind!!
I think the cape doesn’t have shadow is because the programming rather than the cape made of light,, if it does made from light then sky kid won’t also have shadows, just my opinion
Skykids are clearly made out of stone, otherwise they wouldn't leave their bodies behind after dying. Light is their life force, but not their whole being

I got 17!!! Pretty good for a guy whobstarted playing back at the start of season of passage. It was really cool to learn all the other little trivia bits! It's super fascinating to learn more about this game
Another interesting fact i just found out-
When you start playing you're small, almost the same height as the smallest resize spell size and as you explore more realms and even pass eden you grow taller. All without resize potion spell

@@Xein-bg9yq most moths have finished eden and after passing eden your height is the sky 'normal' height without using resize. If you make a new account with no doors opened you will notice that you are smaller than an average size moth who finished eden and not used resize. I've already proved this, but not surprised y'all dont even know tho.

There are also friendly crabs in the office area and near the campfire area in the golden wastland
There's a lot more advanced things, for example, going through the map. Some spots are tricky to discover. I know a couple spots probably no one else has discoverd. Also if you venture under the map, there's an endless sea of water, when you get to the sea though, you have to spawn home to leave. Also for map shrines birds inticate access to the wind paths, which every realm is connected too, except eden. It can be a bit tricky navicating through the wind paths to each realm.

Got a question though. From detail 19, the portal doors resemble each elders. Same as the door to Eden. All elders’ faces are on the door, except for the Isle Elder’s. What happened?
I’ve been playing Sky for a few months now and this question has been bugging me ever since I realized this.
I’m not 100% sure either- there’s probably a lore explanation, but I could definitely look into it! 🥰❤️

Some said it representing a lore between the Isle elder and The King/Prince (Eden's elder) father-son relationship. It said that Isle Elder was the one who took care of the Prince and he has fully responsible for him until the Prince caused a chaos in Kingdom and Isle Elder feels ashamed and don't want to be involved so his face isn't there.
Or well, others said simply, he's forgotten, in lore.

Did you know that rain is water and when it rains we take damage from it, but when we swim in a ocean the damage is non existent.
Also not sure how many people know this,after entering the secret area just after you jump over the table tennis table to your right there is a little white house tucked away on a ledge before you drop down,if you lay your kid at the side of it and pan your camera angle you can see inside the house,it has stairs and little pictures on the walls,im a vet from 2019 but took me a good year to notice it

The Valley fact with the two colors likely also referred to the beta. When you do the races, the cape changes color to a team color, meaning that the games have two opposing sides. When you go through the left gate, you selected the red team, and the right for the blue team. The color difference can be sort of seen even before its update though that there were different colors in one of the race room in Valley, but isn't as apparent as in the redesign since it was mostly cladded in red. Another funnfact is that two seasons of Sky that are related to Valley in a way are also coded as blue and red to Rhythm and Dreams respectively. Other than that, considering how Sky's lore was based off of Journey's, it's possible that the colors have another purpose; the colors may also indicate a conflict that may have happened in the past. There was a civil war that happened as we look in the Wastelands, in which in one of the last areas in it shows weapons and shields, especially shields of only two different shapes.
The thing is, I kind of want to headcanon that each update (along with the beta which was known as Sky Light Awaits) means canon restoration of certain places, like as we see Valley's buildings looking off with how they seem broken. In such case, it means that before restoration, Valley's red team likely had a winning streak to the point that the blue team seemed to have been decimated, only leaving red flags. There's also the appearance of Aviary, something that was once in the beta and said to be brought back and restored later on
ive played since 2019, and so much has changed throughout my time playing. so far know every detail except 22!
The symbol of Prophecy surprisingly is also the same symbol as a certain character that never appeared in the game. A child has this mask, someone of the same size as any sky kids, which was supposedly known as Prince Alef, later becoming the king in the land of Sky under a different name, Resh (all of this info comes from the concept art, which may or may not have stayed as a vague idea in the game). That mask and symbol still sticks with him all along, which is also presented on a gate in Isle, at the first temple, in which you cast light to open it and access to the elder. On that gate, there are all of the elders and one big and tall person at the center which we've never seen anywhere in the game. This character is the supposed King of Sky, still utilizing this mask, and was assumed by some players to be the elder of Eden. That emblem can be seen across every area in Sky. Apparently, it's said that the King has gone corrupt (in a Sky concept art) and in a certain mural in Sanctuary, it is seen that he was killed by the hands of Tsadi, the Wasteland Elder. Apparently, in concept arts, Resh was seemingly the one trying to stop the sky kids by throwing obstacles. That said, there are hints that the King once existed and if that were the case, he was the one put Sky in such a disastrous position

Oddly, as a nearly 3 year vet, I didn’t know about the heartbeat one (and I honestly couldn’t here it in the video either). But interesting if it’s true
i thought the cape not having a shadow is just a convenient way to not adding shadow effects on all capes including upcoming capes😅
I knew all of the moth ones, didn't know two of the casual ones (still couldn't hear the heart beat in the video, even at full volume), and didn't know two of the veteran.
Today i show the pariere dog to all newbies and moths. They were very happy
