When im struggling with my mental health i find reading quran helps me alot it puts me at ease and i feel like im connecting to allah swt
Aysha I wanted to say that your heartbreak videos really soothed me, in the first week of January this year I buried my twins after 6m pregnancy. I also thought the sun would never shine again, but indeed; one day you wake up and you realise your heart is healing slowly. Thank you, your words mean a lot ❤️
I’m so so sorry you had to go through that my love 🥺🤍 I can’t begin to imagine the pain. I’m grateful that my words were able to provide any sense of relief for you. May god keep you strong 🤍🤍🤍
@@AyshaHarun ameen, thank you ❤️ God works in mysterious ways and He is indeed the soother and best planner ❤️
Im sorry for your loss. I wish God grants you ease and peace.
May Allah make this a complete means of purification and reunite you with your beautiful babies in the highest level of jannah al firdous. 🤲🏾💕
May Allah continue to ease your pain and May Allah grant you Junnah ameen 🤲🏾❤️
Man.. that man lost a beautiful, strong, God fearing woman. Mashallah I am so proud of u and the woman u became.. May Allah continue blessings u sis ameen.
It really is a process; the worst thing is trying to block those feelings out, whether that be the anxiety, the sadness, anger - acknowledge them and let them pass. Let go of the anger and free yourself. You'll find someone, yes you may have to wait but it is better to wait and be with the right person than the wrong person. People are so open minded and kind so don't worry about being a divorcee or a single parent . A lot of people also evolve when they're on their own and live life to the fullest. You'll learn so much about yourself in the heartache - you really do grow through what you go through. Do what makes you happy- talk if you want, take space if you need, do a solo trip-just don't give up. To all those ladies who wake up every day and put on a smile, I hope for your happiness. I look forward to my own contentment soon. I totally resonate with what aysha is saying and great advice , thanks for sharing . Not too far now ladies inshaAllah, hang in there. X
sbegum246, You need to write a book...
Beautifully said 💗
@@tuduleshiggins8832 ah thanks, I'm just going through it myself and listening to others gives me hope. Glad my words help.
Going through a lonely heart breaking now. No one knows. I still have to show up for school and work every day. I chose to walk away from someone I had feelings for because they were low valve. It will pass. Thanks for this video
Hiya sister, I am Christian and I completely agree with you about how being religious helps through difficult times, and family and friends also praying for us certainly helps giving us feeling strong. With praying something happens in our brain and that gives calm, acceptance and strength and peace with what we have experienced. I am much older than you but I find your videos are always very inspiring. Keep up the good work beautiful sister. 🥰😍💖
I remember one of Kirk Franklin’s (Christian Gospel singer) says find JOY, because it is a quality of God, happiness means something has to be happening. Joy is simply knowing God is in control through everything, and resting in that. I’m so glad you have found joy.
Powerful statement :) Thank you for that ..May the Lord bless you :)
Aysha has grown some much from her divorce and 2020 and it really shows
She divorce I’m not seeing her husband for so long now
Yes i know that but I feel sorry for her 😭
I don’t believe it’s Aysha is the one that you should feel sorry for … it’s the person who lost her. She seems to be thriving. Mashallah Allahuma Barik.

"Everyday may not be good, but there's something good in everyday" 💖👍🙏
Just remember that Allah will only give his toughest angles the toughest job's. You are strong, you are courageous, you are capable. What ever trauma you've been through in your life, just know it was put on your path for a reason won't last forever new journey is going to begin. See it as lesson for growth You will get through this !!! Love ❤ It's all part of YOUR growth Beautiful Queen.
With hardship comes the ease *PERIOD* we love Aysha
I think you stating that "The Ease is weaved throughout the Hardship" was very wise! When i went through my first heart break i would go an entire day being happy and would have one moment of a memory/thought, that would bring tears! So the truth is, it takes time...there is no HARD START or STOP when it comes to healing. Thank you for sharing and God Bless!
Aysha stop I’m crying on my work break, the pity part got me ever since I got diagnosed with lupus I have to remind myself no you can do it it doesn’t define u never will, love u always and btw you always exude positive energy even when you were sad which is truly a talent thank you for that and for coming on here on those days too 👏🏻👏🏻
May Allah Swt grant you ease and patience and May Allah Swt grant you and every Muslim and good person every good thing that you want in this world and the next
May Allah give you full shifa and insight on your trial. 🤲🏾💕
As salaamu alaikum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuhu. Please remember sister, for every day, hour, minute, second you suffer and have patience, you get extra blessings for it.
Sickness is never easy, and even if someone has the same sickness, they still can’t understand yours because we are all unique. Lupus is also one of those sicknesses that we can’t just simply see, so even our closest family members have a hard time understanding. Sister, know you are not alone in this fight. Allah subhana wa ta'ala is the only one that truly knows your pain, and is the only one that can ease your pain. Trust in him above all others.
I will keep you and all of the bothers & sisters that suffer (even in silence) in my dua’s. I ask him to give us strength, wisdom, and steadfastness in reaching for him. So that we can be among the winners in this life, and of course more importantly, in the next.
Alhamdulillah, you got this, especially on the days you feel that you can’t take it any further.
Love how she prioritized trying to get over her heartbreak. Not everyone is strong enough to do that. Love and Light to you always, Aysha 🤍✨
We are fast approaching half a million sub Alhamdulilah 💪🏿💪🏿💪🏿💪🏿💪🏿💪🏿
Even when Allah(SWT) takes, He gives❤️
"Sometimes the ease is weaved through all of the hardship" A WORD! I really experienced that when my dad died this year. I don't know how to explain it but I literally could feel something hold me together and I just accepted it was God's arms. It was a weird experience but I felt God's presence because I suddenly stopped crying myself to sleep every night and bursting into tears in the middle of the day. It was calming feeling. A true blessing.
''every day may not be good, but there is something good in everyday'' this hit me
This was truly beautifully articulated, and a MUCH needed reminder!!! It was incredibly comforting to watch you express all this and smile while doing so. Especially when you're sobbing with relief as you talk about your personal journey and peace. I'm at a loss for words; all I can say is that may Allah preserve your happiness, grant you mercy, grace and much better than that which you had. A'meen. 💕
i really appreciate these videos. i started crying when you talked about your peaceful moments and how you felt seeing your bouquets every week. i've been struggling really for the majority of my life but especially in the past three years. i want to make it a priority to start putting myself first by the end of the summer.
You can really see that your life changed since 2020. You’re full of life again and i hope life will only get better for you❤️ Never lose that beautiful smile🥺🥺❤️
we appreciate you being so real, amazing to see you so happy! sending love
In every disappointment there's always a blessing....I pray you continue to find peace with urself In Sha Allah
So proud of you sis ♥️♥️♥️♥️ you’re literally an amazing role model for so many! Thankyou for sharing and being so open, that’s not easy.
Your level of imaan. You don’t realize how perfect this video is for me. ❤️
I’m dealing with quite a lot right now, and I wasn’t sure if i wanted to watch this video because i have been avoiding my feelings or having to face what I really feel. But i’m glad I watched this, i needed it. Congrats on your life, i hope your happiness lasts Aysha, you deserve this, we’ill all be fine insha Allah. Allah got us.
May Allah make things easy for you
If you want anybody to listen to you ,i am here .
You don't know and i don't know you but i like listening to everyone who's going through something.
I'm so glad that you're healing from a good place. I can definitely identify with heartbreak, but through prayer meditation and self encouragement I was able to get through it. I too love the person I am today.
The best advice I got from someone last year when I was going through it was “time heals” and I’m hearing that from you too. I only understood the depth of that advice and how matured the advice of the person was when I felt better. I have grown into realizing that whatever I face , time will heal it inn shaa Allah. Indeed with hardship comes ease.
You are GLOWING and you should be so proud how far you’ve come x
Thank you, AIsha!! I didn't know I needed this

You truly are a professional. I've been following you for a few years and was here when you separated from your ex. But you held up well. I never felt that you missed a beat. I'm glad you're okay.
Yes you are looking happy and at ease. For me long walks, music, sewing and making a good smoothie. They all help to change my mood and mind set. Love you Aysha
Oooh man, thank you so much for this Aysha💕 May God continue shining His light on you
I've been going through so much lately and I can't even count the amount of times this video made me tear up. Thank you sm for sharing angel and I would love more like this 🥺🤍
Not going thru a heartbreak rn but everything you said about happiness rings true for anyone. Happiness is in the moment, allowing yourself grace and patience to see yourself through to the other side. As corny as it sounds, life is truly about the journey. Thanks for sharing your wisdom!
The way you’re literally GLOWING. MashaAllah. I’m so happy for you 😭😭💕

I am so proud of you and I love you so much May Allah Swt guide you and your family and loved ones and every Muslim and good person everything that we want in this world and the next
The past makes us what we are today. You learn for experiences and grow. Overcoming these life set back is the challenge of life... i mean you can not get rid of it, there are times you will feel sad but even that past brought such good things out of you. So be happy for the moment and god who has planned , has made wonderful things for you ahead. In sha allah
Subhanallah these are words that I really needed to hear. Alhamdulillah for progress ❤️ Sending you lots of love sis
Thank you for this video! When I went through my divorce, I felt like the world was over but it took me realizing that Allah is in control and for some reason I had to go through what I did to learn things about myself and what I need in a partner
Great you found your inner voice. Your positivity attitude shows what a wonderful strong proud young woman you are. Knowing thy self is a Great feeling . We humans are truly born to please our self. We can’t make others happy and sometimes they can’t make us happy. We have to be happy from within. Your doing Great 👍! Keep up the Great Work!love ❤️ watching your channel
Thank you Aysha 🥰🥰 That’s just wat I wanted to hear. Love you
This video was perfect and needed! ❤️
This was so helpful and much needed ❤
I hope your happiness stays forever, may Allah protect you from all bad people and from evil eye
I’m happy to hear of the process you endured in the quest for happiness or at least a measure of contentment. It was refreshing to know that first and foremost you acknowledged that you needed help from someone or somewhere else thus mental health counseling came to the rescue. This is an important thought that shows that only “crazy” people embrace mental health assistance. Many people at some point can benefit from mental health assistance. It’s not a taboo, rather a stepping stone to maintain or regain balance in our lives. Bottom line I’m happy and proud of how much you’ve grown through it all. Stay well, stay safe 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰
This woman has given me so much motivation and support
So proud of you for doing this and happy that you have overcome such a difficult and tough time in your life. May Allah protect you!

Sometimes we don't realise, what kills us more is holding on to something that's not ours'
