Dinner Recipe:
use as much or as little of all these ingredients
- Cherry tomatoes
- 1 garlic head sliced in half
- extra virgin olive oil
- kosher salt
- lemon pepper
- fresh cracked pepper
- dried oregano
- fresh rosemary
- fresh thyme
- White fish filet (I used sole)
- red pepper flakes (optional)
Place tomatoes and garlic in a casserole dish and sprinkle with EVOO, salt & seasonings/herbs. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1.5 hours. Carefully place lightly seasoned fish on top and bake for another 30-40 minutes until everything is bubbling, fish is cooked and garlic is soft.
Serve with a side of greens, potatoes, or over pasta. Enjoy with some crunchy sourdough or olive bread.
Broccolini:
In a pan over medium heat, add extra virgin olive oil and butter. Toss broccolini into the pan with salt, lemon pepper and garlic powder. Add fresh lemon juice and cover to steam for a few minutes. Also tastes great with some parmesan sprinkled over it!

I have a suggestion for the video though, when you put a time lapse for your activities, maybe instead of just the normal fast forward sounds, try putting instrumental music or chill lofi or something? It would definitely make the video sun smoother and not leave the audience hearing the weird fast forward sounds?
