I feel like you should put both your single chairs together on the other side (without the dinning table) that way it opens up and allows engagement for the open concept. In interior design it’s so the two areas are still connected. You could put the table in between them and keep them straight it would look amazing!

I wonder if a glass top centre table with wooden legs would be a great idea. It would match the dining table and visually bring together the decor shapes in the space. Hmmm. Circle glass top coffee table with wooden legs. A wooden table would definitely solidify the coziness of the space. That rug though... 💗 perfection...
