Im loving ur weekly vlogs again. Ur videos r super good
From a holistic perspective I would suggest going to a naturalpathic dr. Sometimes ppl can’t lose weight bc of heavy metals and need a liver detoxes if anything is to be tried to lose weight. They will check every micro/macro nutrient test as well as checking to see how much metal is in the body. Hope it helps for your wellness journey!

I love aysha and her vlogs but why do I feel her husband is annoyed by her …? :/ maybe he doesn’t like to be on camera, I’m not sure.. but he always looks uncomfortable when he’s being filmed
Why are you putting negative energy out there? She mentioned that he encourages her to vlog, so keep your negativity over where you are.
Hi Aysha, this is very important. I'm a medical doctor. A Dexa-Scan should NOT be done more than every two years. You mentioned that you would do another one in two months?? Dexa-Scans use x-ray beams (made of ionising radiation) which can cause cancer when patients are repeatedly exposed.
Dexa-Scans should definitely NOT be used for weightloss monitoring etc. That is the most medically negligent indication ever for using X-rays. I cannot stress this enough. I'm actually shocked that radiologists in your area are even offering such services.
Thanks for sharing! I believe the scan they use is a low radiation x-ray, but I’ll definitely keep it to 1-2 times a year!
