- In my very humble, professional opinion. The best wallet in the entire world.
This is the dapper d01 from Dango and today we are taking a dive into what this wallet provides and why it is the best.

Received mine exactly like yours. Thank you for the review. I have ordered probably 20 wallets on Amazon etc. this one fits my needs the best. It also feels so nice in the hands.
You do realize that at 4:49 you showed most if not all of your drivers license number? You held it right up to the camera. Hopefully that wasn't the whole number but it's more than I would of wanted to show on camera.
every review I've seen for this mentions TSA compliance. what kind of wallet ISN'T TSA-compliant and where can I get it?
why do some reviewers insist on doing reviews on an item and 98% of the video is of them talking and flashing the item around. I dont want to look at a dude waving around the item being reviewed on and off screen in hopes to catch a glimpse. Seriously 2 cameras? See Nick Shebazz channel.
Just go watch Dango commercials lol. I'm here bc I already did that. Narrowed down to 3. Just need to hear from people been using them a year or so.
Good review... new subscriber 🤙🏽
Does the mic needs to be so close ? No trolling but it seems weird...
Nice. Have you tried thread and leather? I've been using it for 5 years. Holds only 12 cards plus bills though.
FYI "Genuine Leather" means fake leather
2 camera angles was really REALLY unnessecary
Sucks that its only genuine leather. They should be using a higher quality for a wallet. Rifd block is more of a gimmick at this point. Maybe 1or 2% of people still have cards that use rifd, since banks fazed it out years ago. Thats why cards now have the chips
Try dango DTEX. It’s supposed to be a great material. I think the first responders use it for their badge wallet needs. They often use the M1 series.
I like the A10 and M1 series...
Good wallets, but as the owner of two of their wallets and someone who has a Muradin-made wallet (same type and style) I can say that Dango wallets are way, and a mean WAY overpriced for what it is. It is your money so you can spend it any way you want we are living in the great USA so we can choose who we want to be; Stoopid or Smart when it comes to shopping.
As we all know, most of the time Companies' success is based on their advertisement campaign, not on the quality of the product they make. That is why “made in the USA“ means nothing this days.
Looking at this one right now. Thinking of buying it
Tarzan_Na I think you’ll be glad that you did
Get it bro! I got mine in the mail yesterday! It’s dope
It looks beautiful but it looks big for a front pocket and having that steel frame in my front pocket would drive me nuts. Then again I could try it and love it.
Actually works very well in front pocket. The D and T series pass TSA reasily as long as the tool has been removed. It's aluminum, not steel.
Great review but do you see any issues with flying with this wallet. The smaller end where the band goes looks sharp and was not sure if it’s ok to fly with
Steel Curtain Dynasty I have flown twice (1 domestic and 1 international) and had absolutely zero issues.
I've flown with it before and I've had no problems
That’s a very helpful question and responses. Thanks all!!
I’m about to order this bad boy. the Ridge Wallet I have is just annoying
Looks like it can stop a bullet. I’ll keep it close to my heart.
How tight is the slot that your ID is in? Would ID fall out easily say going through TSA often?
I have had zero issue with my ID ever sliding out. Never even close actually. I don’t constantly go through TSA so I can’t speak to that, but so far it’s been solid
The window slot? It's tight. Removing whatever you keep in there takes effort.
I just bought the moss green and slate,
How is the longevity and durability of it over the course of 4months you’ve posted the review?
Iv owned mine for almost 5 years now and tbh it has held up WAY better than any wallet iv ever owned and the rawhide has actually patina'd beautifully over time, but just last week i kinda noticed the silicone band is a little stretched which is whatever it is silicone after all and im suprised its held up 5 years looking back and the replacement is only 5$ which i need to get around to ordering but keep procrastinating cuz its not like the stretched band is totally useless now i can still use it fine
Great review, you answered all of my concerns- I'm just curious how thick (thin) It is with all of ur cards in it?
Reelaxing it’s about an inch maybe 1.25. It’s definitely easy to get in and out of my pocket
@@redlinereviews5917 thank you
🤣 if you have to take this across someone's head
Lol man you never know!
@@dustindoesitall3282 carry a knife
Does the anodizing wear off where the tool tabs rub?
Steve Steele so far one year in and I haven’t noticed it any.
@@redlinereviews5917 thank you!
Is it easy to change the band to a color black if I wanted to ?
REDRUM 909 it’s super easy actually. The strap is nice and secure but you could change it with ease
Redline Reviews thank you so much buying one now can’t wait to receive it 🙏🏼
Do they make these that you can put in your back pocket?
joshua trimble man I’m not entirely sure. I’m not a back pocket wallet guy, so I haven’t even looked in that market to know what’s available
Technically, you can carry it in a back pocket and I've also carried mine in my front.
I'm not a beta so I don't rock skinny jeans, so it easy to access.
I love my D01 bifold.
How did the Dango work out for you, longer term? Still using it? Or did you eventually find it fiddly and a bit kooky? I have a drawer full of Dango wallets. I just kept buying them until I found a model that actually worked as a EDC item: efficient, useful, functional. That was the D03, which I only use when traveling. The A10 is ridiculous. The M series just turned out to be useless in real life. For me, anyway. Back off the mic, use more shots of the thing you're talking about because we've all seen you and you're not as interesting, and stop cutting to the lower camera, it's silly.
How easy is it to take cards out?
The main use card is easy to get out. The cards inside the wallet in the expandable section aren’t hard you just have to find your groove and eventually it’s super easy
Did you ever use the non-bifold version? (Okie as well)
Philip Dozier man I never did use that version. Based on everything I wanted from my wallet the bifold just made more sense
Have you tested the rfid capability?
I personally have not tested it, but honestly I haven’t been in a situation where I could try it out. Would be an interesting take for sure
RFID is a fear scam. Basically never happens.
Look at the Flipside wallet
It’s aluminum not stainless steel. 😂😂
ALUMINUM FRAME AND STAINLESS STEEL SCREWS.
Can you give all the measurements
TIM Clark really? If you watched the video you’d know he did.
How about less of you kissing the mike and more of you showing the wallet?
The only reason it’s your favorite wallet is because they gave you a free wallet to say that
Man I absolutely wish that were true, I would love to be thought of enough to get free stuff. But no sir I spent the 79 bucks and ordered it myself
