    Weight training and cardio Hill climbing carrying weight on back best suited for my hard Enduros. Good advice thanks.

    If you want to work on not having your arms pump out. Rock climb, itll kill all that shit

    Basically what you described (without the mobility part), it's a thing called "CrossFit". :)

    balance balance balance and lots lots of endurance cardio + climbing is very good overall for flexibility and endurance.
