My idol George Lynch the greatest guitar player in the world is walking around freely in this gym I can't believe this he should have armed guards with him he's a national treasure ,if I saw him in a gym I would freak out and these people walk by him and probably don't even know who he is ,I'm jealous. Sounds like George is taking sort of a Mike Mentzer HDT (Heavy Duty Training) approach to his fitness. It is a very time efficient and consolidated method of physical conditioning.

It is both impressive and inspiring.
A little subtle movement with the dumbbells and you can tell he has spent serious time in the gym for years.
He may be older, but you can always tell what a person knows in how they move the weight using his knee in transition.
One of the best guitarist and seems to be such a genuine guy!

Wow i love racket ball and im a fat boy Ahh there a farmer couple mile out of town built a building just for RB in the time period you tearing in up with them crazy cool guitar riffs yep the eighties!! Yesh farmer never even played the game i learned 8 yrs go and since moved back to home town and i just redicovered farmers courts last summer, nice place restrooms showers an little weight room over looking courts nobody plays here in this town got a LongHair friend he like to play, but not enough!!! George i challenge ya!!!!!! We'll have to listen to maiden and old black Sabbath but ok im messin with we'll listen to old country music instead!!!! Lol man got me fired up Dude remember Never unchain the Night bc it wont set ya free!!!!

Age
Age and he is not putting in that kind of time bodybuilding like he was 20 years ago; bodybuilding is a case of use it or lose much of it.
There was juice involved at some point, he has talked about it. But age and falling levels of hormones definitely plays a role. Also you can't punish your body the same when age kicks in.
combination of Age, probability not putting enough time , and he has admitted to using juice , but he still looks great for someone who is 68 years old
he stopped taking steroids. He's admitted that. He's now healthy as opposed to unhealthy.
Could you imagine hopping on a treadmill and Mr. Scary is running next to you?
