I weighed 138 pounds and went to jail wearing Prada glasses lol. Nobody really messed with me other than the first day or two I was there a dude tried to punk me for a bologna sandwich but once he saw he was gonna have to actually fight me because I'm not getting rolled on like that, nobody really messed with me the year I was there. If you can gain respect quick and show you're solid, you'll mostly be fine regardless. There's a lot of people in jail/prison who won't standup for themselves so it's easier to just target them than it is to pick up new charges for fighting and end up in the hole.

In regards to the swatting situation, if someone dies because of it in Alabama, there's a good chance that the caller could face a capital murder charge. The requirements for a capital murder charge is that someone dies due to another individual's commission of a crime.

The thing that sucks about swatting is is teaching police to kinda be prepared for it to be nothing burger but overtime that is actually going to get officers or regular people killed because cops will think it’s just a swatting call
There is logs and procedures to have your residence logged as a swatting target though, provided you give proof that you are an actual target.
They also still have to visit (although I haven't factchecked that) it's just they'll have it logged that it's probably not worth shooting the people because they're likely just targeted streamers.
The issue would have to come from a streamer who has turned into a terrorist, and even then that'll just mean the visit is a little more lax.

@@Melina_Evarblume_Seelie my dad has been a swat officer for almost 20 years, although most of the time they do have to get info on a target and different info on who will be there and what is going on they do not do that if they get a call saying someone in the house has a gun and is willing to harm people many other types of calls that they also can just show up but for the most part usually when they get called out on short notice with little to no info it’s because someone called and someone is armed in a house and is planning or says they might plan on hurting people

They still go in like that though, and it's still happening commonly today. It depends on where it happens, the police on duty, and if they know you're an influencer or not.
As a police cadet I'd like to see your source because in my experience responding to dozens of reported violent incidents, unless we have verifiable proof that something is going on inside (Live videos, sounds of gunshots or screaming, etc) we start by knocking on the doors, and every other department that we've worked with on calls like that handles it the same way.
When a crime is captured on stream, it becomes evidence. It's pretty normal to suspend the account asap to make sure no one accesses the channel from that point onward. It's up to the legal team to figure out what the next steps are. This is basic protocol.
If a streamer makes threatening statements, it's again up to their legal team to decide what to do. Since this is in-house and up to their own discretion whether to press charges or not, it's not surprising that the issue is resolved fairly fast also.
I think the male vs female bans arguments are not taking into account what the nature of the sanction is. Simple ToS or footage that is legal evidence.
99% of the time when a company is taking an action or stance that socially seems wrong, it is actually because of legal reasons. Mods and community managers cannot give you any information or answers too also per protocol. I've had some experience with this, and giving out (potentially wrong) information on a legal case is often a fireable offense.

I work as a streamer or gamer, some subscribers will on join to get info on people they hate and will swat them. So I wanted to inform you my address and phone number and name are at a high risk to get swatted. If you get a serious call involving my address or name please make sure someone calls me to see if it's real
