And those were the "soft" foams. I wonder if we could cut some 1.9" actual crawler tires that we know perform to fit the wheel.I have some 2.6" fake Voodoo KLR-M tires....I wonder if you could stretch 'em on.I'm assuming the narrow width might make that not work...??? It wasn't pretty, but it was fun! Keep up the good work Troy!
I’m genuinely curious, I wonder if those tires have the right thickness of carcass and are low profile enough to warrant a test run on no foams or inserts. Seems like the shoulder may be stiff enough to support it. I’ve got no want for a setup like that, but I am definitely curious though. Could make for a “dumb”.
So the ONE thing these tyres do better than most others on the planet is to be so crap that they make most of the other tyres look that little bit better. These may be really good at being part of an obstacle for other tyres to roll over. CHEEKY GRIN
That's...a look.
Starsky is the best on the bench test. And seems very consistent. Hahaha. I love it.
Good video Mr c.
Stompers were awesome!

Donked out Baseline.
Are we witnessing a revision of wheels on jolly green ? Those actually loook pretty good
Wagwan Canyoneros 👊
They look fantastic on Laser Trooper, Storm Nut, if they fit........
Howdy👊
Dr. Frankenstein has got nothing on you!
Its like watching Tom Cruise climbing a mountain wit deep sea diver boots on 😅😂😅
The Starsky aka the rubber death moan☠️
Next Dumb stretch some 1.9 silicone inserts on a 2.2 wheel with no ring and run just insert no tire
Did you speak it into existence? Bicycle tire rubber?

i was thinking the same thing, but even more conformity can't help horrible compound....or cant it...?
@ it does to some extent, but it’s not a fix all. It’s an interesting concept though, especially for such an odd setup like this combo.
Are you implying that Starsky and Hutch were driving their Grand Torino on suboptimal rubbers?
I mean, it was the 70s. And the only tires I hear nowadays making that kind of racket are the low rolling resistance rubber on Prius..es?
@@CrawlerCanyon There have been tests done on older cars on newer rubber and their performance numbers go up quite a bit.
That will look good on a 1/8 scale buggy you have to drill out for a 17mm inch hole

These would be perfect if I wanted to build a scale brodozer. But I don't want to.
Poor Baseline ! That's the worst case of child abuse I've ever seen!
Donk wheels!
What if those are drift tires? Bling rims, Starsky sound effects, wicked skids.
Are you gonna test then on go fast car?
Damn they look good😮they could work on scale show off trailing truck😁
Yeah ol’ baseline has that brodozer look 👀, they kinda look like go fast stuff, and baseline doesn’t have speed bone in his body. (chassis)
kinda like the wheels being blanks for engraving
Baseline got Badonked 😅
Where can I get those beadlocks?
