Did the video just say Sandler's friends haven't been successful outside of his films? Kevin James is mostly known for King of Queens, Chris Rock for his stand-up, David Spade for Joe Dirt. Rob Schneider has also tons of comedies he's known for. David Spade even had a sitcom for almost 10 years.

Adam Sandler is underrated. I don't get the hate for Adam Sandler movies. Do you realize that Adam Sandler movies are comedy movies? It's not about realism at all. That's what I like about Adam Sandler movies. They are goofy and funny, like Mr Bean movies.
You forgot to mention the actor's name, Adam Sandler.
Mr. Bean can be subtle when it needs to. I think Sandler goes 100 all the time which could be off putting to some.
Mr bean is a classic, you can't really compare those two. Adam Sandler movies will not last like Mr bean, they are kinda funny but then you just forget about them

The video does a good job explaining it at least. To me Sandler falls into the same category as Wahlberg -> super bland, always the same facial expression and just lost; no idea how they made it ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ in the end just an opinion

Every Chris Farley SNL skit was comedy gold, and Sandler was in many of them, but was not usually the main character. This mini-doc really undermines how good SNL was back then. Much of it was death from laughter, nowadays, it's just embarrassing.
