    Lat Pull Down(wide grip) - 4 x 10-12
    Giant Set -
    Face pull( internally rotate) - 10-12each x4
    Outwards intention face pull - 10-12each x4
    Mid back row - 10-12each x4
    Pull through - 10-12each x4
