@@SolomonBoston-y5o I mean, I've been presenting this presentation for 14 years or more - including the "Paul Revere" line - and the "does that sound compelling" to have $37 a month "savings" for a $50,000 loan - and a much, much better version of that graff - this is all broken telephoned - and 14 years old - and mostly outdated - but it is better than most of the broken telephone versions of it out there. There's other markers that are even more obvious - but they are used wrong - you can tell by how they're mentioned here and where and when. In particular - that line about the home owner "realizing that they just confessed to the sales person in their excitement" - that's mine. I mean, wow. 2010. Of course, still outdated and old. But it was revolutionary back then.
